Cant believe the way we were treated today. After years of using the Center for Dermatology, I will never return. Having a strict no cell phone policy is ridiculous because everyone has emergencies. Today after waiting 45 minutes to be seen after the scheduled appointment time, an emergency arose at work. The phone call lasted at most 5 minutes. Unfortunately the call came in as the Doctor was FINALLY coming to see my daughter. She couldnt even wait for the phone call to be done and turned around and left. She returned after another 25 minutes of making us wait. Where she then proceeded to berate us about the strict no cell phone policy. What should have happened was an apology should have been made for keeping us waiting and then politely the cell phone policy could have been mentioned. The fact of the matter is nothing is black and white and sometimes a phone call is actually important.
