Horrible! I called to make a new patient appointment and the person that answered the phone sounded like a machine recording. Rather than being exited about a new patient she gave me a lecture on cancellation polices ect. and told me I had to leave my credit card information on file in case I have to cancel. I dont even know them and they expect you to trust them with your credit card info! Scared me away completely!

She takes 4 biopsy readings and expects a positive reading. In the meantime sells me her private stash of creams and potions that are over-priced. A week later I am still calling for biopsy results. Office staff have either lost paperwork or are just non responsive. Making an appointment with another doctor and having records transferred. She is a total quack.

I was supposed to have a full body check, but she missed half of it. The exam took all of one minute. I had a biopsy done and as of today ,I still dont know the results. I called several times, and cant get a return call. I called my primary and asked him to call and see if they can get anywhere. My first and last time there.

Amazing hydrafacial the other day!! The next day my friend asked me if I got Botox!!!! Will definitely be back. Also, the staff was knowledgeable about the process and Dr. Melanie Hecker checked in during the facial to make sure all was going great. Highly recommend!!

BE AWARE! This office tried to charge me for a full office visit in addition to billing my insurance and getting paid from them. THAT IS ILLEGAL!!!
