I love Dr. Brown and his staff are very friendly. He actually took time to ensure that my prescription was going to be perfect. He did a very thorough and awesome job with my contacts! In the past, Ive gotten some pretty lazy exams from other eye doctors which resulted in uncomfortable eyes and blurred vision. But he made sure that it would be perfect, checking and double checking my preferences. He even took the time to actually look under the microscope at how the new contacts sat on my eyes. Very, very happy. Would definitely recommend Tristan Brown.

Very disappointed by the service, though I have no criticism of the doctor, whom I did not see. I miss Dr. Guy. I made an appt, and when I arrived they said my insurance did not cover the visit. No one called to inform me of this. They said they had, but why would I make that up? Besides, according to my insurance co, this optometrist is listed, so, huh? Moving on to a new optometrist!!!

Ive had bad experiences since I started going to them for my glasses. I have had the wrong prescription given to me twice, brand new lenses have arrived chipped and cut incorrectly so they wouldnt fit my frames. Staff is nice enough, but unapologetic for their mistakes. I will be finding a new company for my eye needs in the future.
