2012 was my first visit to JEA. I see Dr. James. The last optometrist group I went to said that my monovision would make me unlikely to be able to use progressive lenses so I ended up with 2 pair of glasses. A daily frustration. Dr. James said he didnt see why progressives wouldnt work and suggested I try. First pair, no problem! Put them on and didnt take them off for 4 hours. The next day I wore them all day. The optician helped me select a lens size that would work for the progression and look good on my small face. 2013 visit I ordered sunglasses with the same prescription. The wide scan photography they can do of the eye costs more than my insurance will cover. However, it has picked up a potential problem with my vision. Its good that this technology is available and offered. Dr. James was very good with discussing the is problem, answering all my questions and directing me to the specialist who can provide treatment. 5 stars from me.

The doctors and staff at Jasper Eye have been absolutely wonderful. My first set of frames hurt my nose because of the eye piece so they replaced the frames with a frame similar to my old glasses. After wearing these a couple of days it was apparent I needed something else so I returned and they reexamined my eyes and we decided I probably needed a "tri" focal to see distance, computer, and close up. They are doing everything possible to help get me a pair of glasses that will work. I would highly recommend Jasper Eye Associates.

My circle of friends told me not to go to Jasper Eye Associates as I could get what I needed elsewhere for less money.. My intuition was correct, because I found my experience with Dr. Holloway and the professional support staff was a safe, comfortable and informative one. My eyesight is obviously important and I will always use their services when necessary. If you really care about the very best when it comes to your health, I highly recommend JEA for your eyecare needs. You will not be disappointed,

I was persuaded to try progressive lenses after a bad experience many years ago. the first pair were terrible for reading and use of the computer. A return visit resulted in a recheck of my vision and ordering better quality progressive lenses. Lenses were received within a few days and are superior to the originals. If you are looking for an eye doctor..Jasper Eye Associates are the BEST. Friendly staff and very friendly and professional doctors. They always have the most UP TO DATE equipment and techniques to help make the experience pleasurable. I love not having to have my eyes dilated.. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is their goal and they meet and exceed this goal.
