I used this dentist for a couple of years. Generally, they are pretty nice and seem relatively competent. Or so I thought. I had to have my bottom wisdom teeth removed. They did it in the office with nothing more than Novocain and refused to stop even when I told them that the pressure was way too painful for me. When I returned three days later with an exposed jaw and definite dry socket, he took one look and said it was nothing to worry about, even when I tried to explain that it was terribly painful and food was getting stuck in it, so I worried about infection. He didnt listen and sent me on my way. I refused to ever return to this hack.

Doc is great! Doc Hong is not only the most considerate truthful dentist around, I now consider him a friend. Hes always 100% straight forward with me. Hes does great work. His bedside manner is top notch. Remembers my kids and always concerned for their wellbeing. My wife who has anxiety with dentist is very comfortable with him and his staff. The staff is topnotch!!!!! The cleanings are done really well. Everyone is very thorough and you can tell hey care about their work and their patients. I always see wonderful smiles!! Doc is a riot as well. So funny!! Hes got great stories! Ask him about hiking and boating!!

Ive been coming to Reston Dental Center for a few years now. The doctors and staff are all courteous, friendly and professional with their services. Theyre on top of reminders for appointments with calls, texts and emails. Theyre extremely flexible with scheduling appointments and provide Saturday appointments. Their offices are well maintained and clean. They know you by face and name and always inquire on how youre doing outside of the office and genuinely want to develop a better relationship with their clients. I recommend everyone I know to Reston Dental Center and will continue to do so for their outstanding service.

Honest doctor ever! I initially went for a consultation with the dr. about getting my wisdoms extracted and was surprised by how honest Dr.Hong was. Unlike other doctors he sat with me and answered all my questions thoroughly and didn’t rush me out of the room. He explained all my options for my extensive treatment which I appreciated because of my financial limits. Everyone in the office is so compassionate just like Dr.Hong. Left feeling like I was in great hands.

Had the worst experience of my life here. I was never scared of the dentist until I had my bottom wisdom teeth removed from here 2 years ago. The experience still haunts me. Basically I felt the pain through out the whole time same as Biobabe. I had huge swelling...it didnt go down for almost 2 WEEKS! They used a black thread to stitch the gum up- which came a little loose and almost choked on and had to come in to get it cut

Having moved around a lot Ive experience a lot of different dentists in my life, but by far I would say Dr.Hong is the best that Ive met. He was very friendly and was genuinely interested in my well-being. He didnt recommend any unneccessary treatment and was very honest about everything. The staff and the facilities were great too, a very modern feel. Overall an excellent trip to the dentist, Thanks reston dental center!

Very friendly staff and dentists. I go there for every cleaning every 6 months and they are always great. I also had a deep cleaning done and the procedure went pretty well. Didnt even notice when dentist was giving me anesthesia. I recommend it.
