TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! I scheduled an appointment on Friday, wasnt able to be seen until Wednesday... OK, I get it, I am a new patient, cant squeeze me in or give me something for pain, Not a problem. However, The appointment that I was given was right before the office closes for lunch, so they do X-rays and clean my teeth, and give me the option of having a root canal & crown or an extraction for the pain, but NEITHER option can be done TODAY???? No, they couldnt do anything because their office was closing for lunch! Why did you schedule my appointment right before lunch?? I wasnt able to get a written estimate of the treatment plan, because that takes a while & We are going to lunch! Wasnt able to get anything for pain because they Hadnt treated me yet!? I was almost given a prescription for Amoxicillan, which I am ALLERGIC to! Honestly, this appointment was a waste of my time and my tooth still hurts! Dr. Stoner and his staff were too concerned with going to lunch to treat their patient! I will never go back to this office and definitely would NEVER recommend this office to anyone else!

I have been a patient at this practice for about a year. I came in for a horrible tooth ache. The dental assistant, I think Amanda was so understanding and caring. She took and x ray without hurting it more. Dr. Stoner removed the tooth so fast I didnt know it was gone. I have been to a lot of dentists but Dr. Stoner really knows how to pull teeth. They are only open on Wednesdays during the summer so that can be a little problem but the location on Meadowdale is very good for me, so it is worth it. I highly recommend this small private office for your personal family dentist. Glenn

Terrible service, Im a new patient and was talked to as I was a piece of trash by there receptionist Don N. she also hung up in my face after I told her I needed to cancel my appt. The chesterfield location is a little better it just all seems unprofessional and these are my teeth we are talking about, Im considering changing dentist today!
