If I could I would give this place no stars. I am a big reviewer so I always give my honest opinion so i hesitated about doing this review but I feel like people need to know... I admit, I hate the dentist and have not been in years. I saw this place opened and the environment looked friendly, technology advanced and was close to home. Let me say not everything was bad but you be the judge of that. The Receptionist and dental assistant was very friendly and helpful. They did do a good job to get me in because I had a tooth ache. The Dr. however is not so great which turned the experience into an unforgettable and unforgivable one. I know a lot of people hate the dentist so when we go to a new office we have hopes that everything will go well. Dr. Asha made both my husband and I feel really bad about our teeth which was not comforting at all. Almost as if our gums were going to detach from the teeth. I know no one was perfect and since I havent been to the dentist in years I knew I would hear some bad news. But it was not the bad news that bothered me, it was the tone and the way she said it. Dr. Asha also made a bigger deal about my tooth problem then the endodontist who was specialized in root canals which is what I needed. Also I had to ask multiple times for a price quote of all the procedures that I needed done (long term) and it was like pulling teeth to get them. They also charge an extra $400 lab fee (when its the dentist that should absorb that fee) and not the consumer. My husband also got a cavity filled there and he still has filling on the side of his tooth, which makes it seem like they were not careful with the cavity filling. This office brought back the fear of why I stayed away from the dentist for years and had it not been for another dentist and comparing the prices (with benefits) and treatment, they helped me overcome the awful feeling that I felt. I should had paid attention to the other reviews because for some reason their prices (in network) are significantly higher than normal. Lesson learned, dont be fooled by the appearance of the office because what matters is who actually takes care of you in the end. I will never trust this place ever again!

Dr. Alexandar came at the recommendation of a friend. Going to the dentist is not the most pleasant trips to the doctor usually, but this was different. First off the office was impeccable from the minute I walked in. The treatment area was very clean, comforting and the chairs relaxing. When it comes to the drills, Im particular on hygiene and everything looked properly sterilized. Thats just the office! My favorite part of my visit though, is that Dr. Alexander took the time to educate me on the health of my teeth and gums. She informed me of the importance of my periodontal health in relation to attempting to conceive a child. I had not thought how this could affect my fertility treatments. She also went over my xrays to show me the health of my bone density. It was the most educational dental visit I have ever had (most just talk cavities)! And to boot, it didnt even hurt that much considering she gave me a full gum and dental cleaning. I recommend her to anyone looking for more than a dentist that just talks cavities and really looks at your whole health.

We had a horrible experience at this location. The staff here was extremely disrespectful and disingenuous. They wasted our time and then tried to charge us even though we had insurance coverage. Although we have insurance instead of calling the insurance company to get the details of the coverage the staff say "were not that expensive we have deals just pay out of pocket.". Wow! When the front desk cant handle insurance you know youre in the wrong place.

Total Dental Care is a great dental office. It is a newer office and clean with wonderful staff and dentists. Dr. Asha Narendra is incredibly thorough and one of the best dentists I have been to. She has been my dentist some time and highly recommend her. The staff are very flexible and friendly. Total dental care has great hours too, very accommodating. The equipment is new too.

The office is really nice and comfortable. I went for my third molar extractions and had an awesome experience. Dr Sreeni is the best oral surgeon ever. I love my general dentist Dr Asha Narendra. She is really sweet and truly cares for her patients. The whole staff is very caring. I highly recommend this dental office.

Very beautiful office and spacious. Its my first time with this practice and I think I like them. Dr. Narendra took her time to examine me and my daughter the Hygienist is very good cleaning our teeth. Recommending them to my wife and hopefully we can keep them as our primary dentist. Hope this help in your research.
