Wish I could give no stars! Went to this office 3 weeks ago with symptoms of allergies and pink eye. Doctor was quick to write me a zpack telling me it will fix everything and when I asked for a script for eye drops regarding pink eye she told me it was not needed...3 weeks later I still have pink eye and called office again letting them know I still need eye drops. Spoke with Courtney at front desk who says the doctor can not do anything for me unless I pay and come for another appointment. Do not see it as fair to pay another $50 copay for something that was not fixed the first time I came in and was obvious drops were needed weeks ago. Second time around I will be meeting with a real doctor that is not so focused on pushing as many patients through during the day to see how much money they can rack up on people. Very disappointed since I to work in healthcare and often refer to Urgent care centers. Will certainly never return to this location nor will I refer going forward.

This place is an absolute joke. I am an RN( ashley x is my alias cause I will be damn to give my real name!) went in to get meds for what I believe to be strep throat and a chest infection, didnt even bother to do a culture or a chest xray! I know the drill trust me! Get them in get them out!. I was told by Dr to just take alkaselzter. Seriously I paid 50.00 for a copay to be told that by a medical professional!. Long and short went to a real Dr and I had pneumonia and strep. They are going to be hit with a lawsuit for not properly treating patients in the near future.

We went in with my 2 year old son while on vacation and had a great experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We didnt wait long and saw a knowledgeable, kind and understanding doctor. The facility is very well maintained and we were comfortable from start to finish. I love how you can join their "waiting room" virtually and reserve your spot in line before you actually arrive.

I would HIGHLY recommend Cape Regional Care. Everyone was very professional. It was as pleasant an experience can be when you are sick. We had just come from Texas and my allergies up here were horrible. Dr. Hawkins hit everything right on. Cannot say how much we appreciated the professional staff and Dr.

I went to Urgent Care to be treated. I have tried everything. The doctor answer wait until your doctors appointment in 20 days. I dont know how to treat you. Really you cant even give me steroid shot. What a joke and a waste of insurance money.

Dont go here if you dying they wont see you without insurance THIS IS NOT A HOSPITAL!!! They will ask you questionnaire b4 you get any service its a joke
