2/1/16 TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife booked a pediatric lab draw for our daughter, she showed up on time and when it was their turn she encountered a very rude female phlebotomist who approached her with a huge uncalled for attitude about not being able take our child because she was by herself unable to do it by herself as if all this shouldve been known before arriving. She pointed to a pair of parents and said that in their case she at least had two parents to help her, essentially pinning her as wrong and them as right...two customer service no-nos on top of rudeness equals lost business from us and as many people as we can prevent from subjecting themselves and their children to classless phlebotomists and disgusting customer service.

Excellent, Efficient...Enjoyable? Yes, I gave blood and had a good time at Quest Hackettstown. I scheduled an appointment online, showed up 5 minutes early, was called exactly on time for my biometrics screening and was out the door in 15 minutes. All 3 Quest associates greeted me and my phlebotomist was very pleasant, and even engaged in conversation. I told her I was a little nervous about giving blood and she was empathetic, despite the fact she draws blood every day. I would totally go back.

David older black male is extremely rude!! He call my name and I was with my wife and she fellowes me he says to her I said Steve! are you Steve! I told him not to be rude and then he started raising his voice. Not happy at all with the treatment from David to my wife and me!

As I do every six months went to Quest Labs in Hackettstown this morning and was attended to by the same smiling lady as in past visits. It goes without saying that Izzi is a genuine asset to the operation - a pleasant manner and "a good stick". Thanks

Not the best choice. Long wait, cranky workers. Be aware that the entire facility closes down for lunch too. These folks dont buy the concept of staggered lunch hours apparently. Check your insurance and find another lab.

If you walk in without an appointment, you will wait forever.....MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. With an an appointment, youre fine.
