Terrible place to go. I took my son there and was diagnosed with asthma and ear infection. Dr. prescribed antibiotics and steroids. My son got worst over the next week. I took him back then the Dr. said he had the flu and there was nothing he can do other than treat the symptoms. Ok no problem. What the hell. Got it wrong the first time, but what can I do. They gave him a Drs note for three days friday that he didnt need it cuase he went to school and Saturday and Sunday that he has no class. They refused to extend the note because they only give notes for three days no matter what. To have the note extended, they wanted me to take him back for reevaluation, more money. The place sucks. They just want your copay and to bill your insurance. Dont go there. Go someplace else where they are serious, professional and helpful. That is what you should expect when seeking medical treatment.

well i was in for my follow up visit, which was made by online appt scheduler, but still waited 11/2 hours finally i asked the receptionist i had to leave, and i mentioned what is the use for appt when it doesnt apply? of course the recep said they all walked in . well then what is reason for APPT? i get in my car and call to ask to get a first thing in am appt for tues and recept says go online which u cant even do the next day, so he tells me, call me around 2 im really busy and i cant schedule u. ha , i was just there and everyone was already logged in. WHAT THE HECK! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND BELIEVE ME I WAS NOT WOWED!

Worst possible experience. Will never return. The receptionist demanded a copay even though I explained to her that we did not have one. I brought my baby in with a 103.6 fever and the receptionist refused to let me be seen until I paid a copay that I didnt even owe. She was rude and would not even verify with my insurance. She flat out refused to even look at my insurance. I ended up going to the hospital after this visit because the entire visit was a joke. Now they are refusing to refund me even though I have my insurance explanation of benefits saying that I owe zero.

Went to Urgent Care needing antibiotics doctor offered other treatments and medications which I already had but of course she wouId not listen I refused to get those treatments she caught an attitude left room then came back basically threw papers at my hand told me sarcastically I hope you live and left the room. Didnt even tell me what she was handing me. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. Will not go back there or recommend

Dr. Ayuk is great. Seemed very knowledgeable, personable, genuine and friendly during my visit today. She also seemed to prioritize her patients time. Would have been in and out slightly faster had the nurses at Reception checked vitals instead of their phones.
