Ive been here 2 hours now waiting to be called up for my insurance info. I didnt have an appointment, but no where on the website does it say that theyre necessary. In fact, it says that walk-ins are welcomed. My lab work requires that I fast and Im diabetic. Getting ready to bight someones head off.

I am always treated very well, and never have to wait for long (if at all). I think the staff is over-worked, but they always pull it off. And I should know, Im there almost every week!
