2015/10/23 Review Homestead RHCC. I am a 65 year old male who suffered a Triple AAA aneurism seven months ago. I was in bad shape, I coded three times but was returned to life by some fantastic surgeons. Apparently God did not want me yet. After many surgeries, medical procedures and a long recovery period, I was released to Homestead RHCC in July, 2015 to begin my rehabilitation. I can honestly tell you; the Nurses and Aids are the best. Every one of them CARE about their patients. I believe that they love us like they love their own parents. The Therapy Staff is exceptional! They were knowledgeable, understanding, yet stern. They pushed and prodded and made me walk again! I HATED them and LOVED them for how and what they made me accomplish. The Homestead support staff; administration, dietary, food, recreation, etc. all made my stay a bearable necessity. Do I want to be there? NO!! But I cant think of any other place that I would want to rehab! Thank you; Homestead staff!!

well, I have so much to say! ( but I will keep it short) my dad had stayed at this nursing home after being in the hospital. he now is scared to go to another nursing home thinking they are all like this! All I can say it is old, dirty, and the staff is.. bad at their jobs! this is so sad how you get treated as you get older!

Used to be one of the top rated care facility. Christy shut down all not for profit places and now this place is strictly bottom line. Firm that ruin it had problems in other states. Just another example of how your state govt says thank you to the generation that got them through the 30s & 40s. It should be called save a dime.

Pt was terrific. Food was good. Nursing care tried hard,air conditioning poor,cleaners did well glad to go home !
