I went to see Dr. Walaszczyk when I was suffering from neck pain after a car accident. Always skeptical of chiropractors I was hesitant at first. But let me tell you I have never been more impressed with the improvements I have gained in my daily life going to see Dr. Tom (as he has all his patients call him). Not only has my neck pain caused by two herniated discs been getting better, but he has even helped me with my back pain that I had given up going away years ago The staff is great. They will hook you up on the electric machines and work with you with whatever issue you have that current day. After you’re done with that there are all sorts of exercise machines to strengthen the muscles that need strengthening. Dr. Tom will personally demonstrate each exercise for you to ensure a fully correct exercise routine. You can really tell they care. At Total Health you are not a client. They make you feel like a friend they want to help get better. Remember though like anything else, Total Health can only help you as much as you put into it. If you do not do your exercises at home like he recommends you are not doing yourself any favors, trust me. Do the exercises. You only get out of it, what you put into it.

Unlike most chiropractic experiences I have had, I learned from Dr. Tom the importance of strengthening exercises and regular maintenance visits. Remarkable difference not only in my back, but in my general energy level as well. He is philosophical, but clearly does know his healing. I am in my sixties.
