Camp Nejeda was the best 14 years of my life, and Ive lived for 50 years now! Not only is the camp beautiful and peaceful, but the most wonderful people in the world go there. It is a place to learn about diabetes, but also to feel so protected and loved by the 100 other diabetic youth there. Friendships for life are forged, and the fun is out of this world!

My son started attending Camp Nejeda 8 years ago as a newly diagnosed type 1. He has been back every summer since and it has been a warm, nurturing place for him to become part of the Nejeda family. Great organization with great, dedicated people making the lives of the kids that attend better.
