BEWARE OF BILLING ISSUES! A family member received care at the Hackettstown facility. The owners, Atlantic Health Systems, claimed they sent multiple bills for the copay to the family member, which is an outright lie. No bills were received. My relative ultimately received a threatening note on her bill and was told if she didnt pay it immediately, it would go to collections. She asked for an extension of a couple of weeks and was automatically refused. During the phone call to their billing department she got nowhere AND the woman she spoke to refused to give her full name, which was needed because we will be filing complaints with the Department of Health and Human Services and the states Attorney General. We will not tolerate this kind of misleading and unfair treatment and we are taking action.

I can always obtain an appointment when I our my child needs to be seen. Dr. Rygielski is thorough and pragmatic in her assessments and diagnosis. Shes super friendly and caring. My whole family receives good care in this office. Yes, there have been some insurance billing issues but these were quickly resolved with a phone call to the corporate office. Overall a great practice!

I see Dr Rygielski regularly for manipulations due to chronic back pain. Not only is she very nice and friendly, but so is the staff. From the front end to the nurses I always have an excellent experience. I highly recommend the office to anyone looking for a new family doctor or if you have just moved to the area.

I Used to go to Plaza family care, the office staff at plaza are horrific. Trying to get an timely appointment is there is impossible. Shame on them. Walked in here one day very sick and they took me without an appointment and were amazing. Very Caring and professional....! Extremely happy with the care here..!

After making me wait 55 minutes for my scheduled bloodwork, the women drawing blood refused to do my bloodwork and told me I need to reschedule. She was too busy asking around if the calls coming through were about her new job. Thank you for wasting an hour of my morning while fasting.

Pleasant, quiet and clean waiting room, short wait to see nurse then doctor. both had great bedside manner. dr did a good assessment and Im feeling better already. Highly recommend. I saw the negative billing reviews. Hopefully that wont be an issue!

they really need to fix their hours on google and their website. they are not open on sundays and when you are sick its frustrating to drive all the way there to find that out.
