NEVER.GO.HERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS AND LIARS. end of September my boyfriend had some kind of lung collapse, and we headed right to patient first because I had been to urgent care before, and I heard they took most insurances and treated everyone no cost with insurance. we told them when we walked in the door which insurance we had, and they told us right away they dont take it. we automatically expressed our concern about payment, saying we had NO money outside his insurance to cover him. they told us they would do free preliminary exam, just to make sure he was okay for the time being, and theyd send us to the hospital where we could get the necessary xrays and tests done under his insurance. not even a week goes by and THEY SEND ME A BILL FOR ALMOST $200 FOR A "FREE EXAM". they blatantly lied to us, claiming they wouldnt charge us, that they would send us to the hospital SO WE WERE COVERED, and hit us with an obscene bill without our knowledge. now Im in the middle of filing complaints and filing for write offs when I shouldnt have been charged to begin with. TERRIBLE SERVICE, ARROGANT STAFF, SNEAKY, AND BULLSHIT

Thank you for doing everything you could in order to keep me comfortable & calm. I went in knowing I needed my wedding band and engagement ring cut, and I greatly appreciated the efforts in trying to keep my rings from being cut. My husband had to bring my family in so I could nurse my newborn and everyone was so nice to my entire family as well. I know its hard to accomodate small children in the environment, but upon our discharge, I couldnt have been more thankful that everyone made the memory so bright for my 3 kids. The physician even hand picked stickers herself for my kids & the head nurse came out of her office to see us off. From the moment I walked in to my departure, the entire staff running the facility functioned like a well oiled machine. I even told my husband that whoever does the hiring must really spend their time finding quality personnel. Thank you!

My fiance and I went to Atlanticare first to get help for him, and they were rude and treated us as if we were stupid. We went to Patient First and we were helped right away, and then seen shortly after. It was 10x better than going to an ER. When they saw my fiance, the doctor was kind and didnt talk down to us. She explained it might be a pulled muscle. The next morning we got a call from Patient First and they had a specialist review his x-rays and we were told to see an orthopedic doctor. Got our x-ray results quickly and placed on a CD. Very convenient. Would recommend.

I used this urgent care from a referral from a family member. They were closing shortly however that didnt stop them from helping me. They were able to quickly get me back to a private room. The doctor requested blood work and X-rays which were both done on site within a short wait time. Before i was discharged i even received the medicine i needed before i left. Overall a great experience. I will be back. On a side note..Its very clean also. Which is a major plus!

I had a great experience at Patient First. Both nurses were very friendly and professional. I waited to be seen by Dr. Smith. She was great. She was patient and answered all of my questions before diagnosing me. She gave me a script and a Drs not from work and I was in and out even though they were extremely busy. I highly recommend Patient First on Cross Keys road.

I had the best experience at patient first on cross keys road today. After not being able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor I went there and was very pleased. The care was excellent, dr Z was thorough and the facility was clean and professional. I will definitely be back! Hopefully not too soon but good to know they are here if I need them

Doctors are awesome but the billing department is horrible! They take a year to bill the insurance correctly and in the meantime you either have to pay the bill up front or be hounded monthly by their collections department! And once you do pay just to get them off your back, forget about ever getting a refund! Ive been waiting a year for my refund a well!

Patient First is a long needed paradigm shift in diagnostic medical care. The facility is well designed, has the latest medical equipment and extremely competent staff. Patient First is a great alternative to obtaining medical attention without delay in getting an appointment with your primary care physician or long wait in a hospital emergency department.

Awesome first time experience! Everyone had great, positive, welcoming attitudes. All helpful, all pleasant, apologetic for the length of time I was there even though it was definitely not their fault (insurance held up everything). I felt very comfortable and cared for. Definitely going back, Ive found my PCM!!

Went to Patient First for the first time, which is right around the corner from me! I was in and out in less than a half hour! Place is very nice and clean! And all the staff members were very nice and professional! I went in the afternoon and got lucky no one was there!! Pleasant experience! Thank you!!

I was in the other day and was in and out really quick. The nurse on the floor was the Director of the facility. That says a lot for the center. The staff was caring and kind, I received a follow up call and was asked did I have any questions. I will be going back in the future.

Nothing!!! This place is a joke. They will take your money and do nothing. Trust me...go to Atlantic Care. They evaluate and treat you with care, like your Primary Doctor. If you are dissatisfied with the care youve received, no one will call you back. Dont go here.

Went there as soon as they opened. Was treated quickly and thoroughly and out the door within the hour to pick up prescriptions. Great staff! Very helpful and friendly. Just hope to have no issues with billing.
