Its not that I loved having blood taken, but this was a very positive experience compared to others that Ive had. The trick is that you need to make an appointment in advance. I had made an appointment for 8:45 AM and I arrived at 8:45 AM. The waiting room had about a dozen people waiting, but I was called back immediately! The place was clean and roomy. The staff appeared competent and were friendly. I bruise easily, so I cant fault the phlebotomist for my bruise, but I was out of there before I had time to even think about how much I hate needles.

Even after reading all of the negative reviews I went there to get some routine bloodwork done and I had a perfectly fine experience! The lady who checked me in and who took the blood was very friendly and clearly knew what she was doing. I arrived at 4:18pm and was out of there by 4:35pm. She had to take numerous viles and didnt mess up at all - it was a clean, easy and painless experience!

My experience at Quest Diagnostics, in Abington, PA., was excellent. Upon my arrival I was greeted and assisted immediately by Priscilla. Priscilla was professional and informative, caring and attentive. Her diligence and knowledge reflected well upon service received. Definitely a 5 star Establishment. Thank you so much!

Disgrace! One girl working no one at counter ..waited 45 mins only to be told my test has to be administered before 9am . granted I was there at 825am.girl tech was good at what she does and should get a raise for all she does. Quest thumbs down for understaffed.

I have been here for over an hour, and so far one person has been called back. There is only one person working here. It is a shame that this is the only place to get specialized tests done, because this place is pathetic.

we say for an hour been bypassed twice. They have lost my vain twice. Told me my blood is running slow. And stuck the needle in both my arms.
