Horrible staff member there, not good with children. After the 3rd attempt trying to get blood from my Lil one, pulled needle out with out guaze causing the blood to get everywhere. In a rush, confrontational when I asked if there was someone that specializes in peds. She got very offended and began raising her voice saying how dare I question her skills. That was not at all what I was doing, just wanted someone that worked well with peds. Worst experience in my life, she than told me to get out of HER lab, as I said I will gladly do, but can you at least take care of the blood that now is pouring out my little ones hand, or can I at least have a bandaid, she ignored me, and kept telling me to leave, thank god another staff member came over and helped me. If you go there do not let anyone named Megan draw blood from your child.

First I signed in at the desk & was waiting until I noticed people that had come in after me were being called in while I just sat there. I finally had to go up and ask if I had been skipped over; and that is exactly what happened. I just went in for a blood test & 3 different people attempted to draw blood each poking me multiple times! I was even asked if I wanted to come back another day but needed to get this done for surgery. They finally had to draw blood from my hand which is more painful. This was the worst experience Ive ever encountered.

This site is a great location for me and I love coming here. I am a usual and go on a weekly basis... I have never had a problem with the staff! Mary Frances and Meg are absolutely amazing! They always have a smile and no matter how many people they have in the waiting room, they are courteous and professional with everyone. Its a shame people posted bad reviews. This is a very busy location and their work is definitely worth 5 stars!!

Worst experience ever! Made an appointment and still had to wait 25 minutes. Hardly could hear my name being called because the TV was so loud. Tech was offered when I started to explain how they take my blood at CHOP. Thought I was helping because I know that it can be difficult to take my blood. Hope my doctors office can start doing my blood work.

This place has always been bad, I go here because it is convient location and my insurance makes me. Staff is not the best, and they are so so so slow. You will always have to wait whether you have an appointment or not. TV in their waiting room is so loud, you can barely hear them calling your name. It just an awful place.

Not sure what the point of getting an appointment is. Its 30 minutes after my appointment and about 5 people have gone in before me. Blood work is fasting and I am starving!

Made an appointment. 20 minutes later still waiting. Waiting room filled and the door bell (so annoyingly loud) keeps going off. Think I am going back to Quest

I dont know where the bad reviews are coming from. I waited like 15 MIN and it was the best blood sample I ever had I didnt feel a thing.
