HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I made an appointment and my doctor called in a script beforehand for blood work for a physical. I arrived at 7:40 am for my 7:45 appointment. At 7:50 (not bad), a very rude employee (I believe her name is Char) brought me back. I asked her (just to double check) if they were going to be testing for HDL and LDL cholesterol, glucose, and triglycerides as I needed this information for a form for work. She snipped at me and grabbed the form I was reading and said “that’s not for me.” I tried to explain that I knew the doctor filled it out (as it plainly said it on the form), but wanted to make sure that those items were being tested (I HATE needles and did not want to have to go back again to have this tested). She told me my script was wrong and did not include that. I asked her what I should do and very rudely she said I would have to come back after my doctor fixed the script. I then told her that my doctor’s office opened at 8:00 and I would call while I was there and by this point she was completely ignoring me. When I got the doctor’s office on the phone a few minutes later when they opened, they confirmed that the script was correct and included this. The employee argued with me and I had to have the identical script faxed by my doctor’s office. The script was correct. As I was getting blood taken, I heard another employee (who was very sympathetic to me during this ordeal, but dealing with another person) ask the person to fill out a survey on his way out as she was walking past. When I was done, Char told me to go out a different door (that wasn’t even marked) and it would take me to the hallway coincidentally bypassing the survey. Quest Diagnostics would have never treated someone this way!

This was my first visit at this location. I had previous experiences with LabCorp, always positive. I needed a blood test for my health insurance. Saturday morning was a very convenient time for me before having breakfast and drinking my coffee. I was surprised that when I got there I didnt have to wait not even a minute. They were very polite, and the nurse was very professional. He drew blood without a pinch. I was in and out within less than 10 minutes and my test results were available online in a very short time. I would definitely go back to this location and I also recommended to my wife. Convenient location, very clean and organized and the stuff is very professional.

Unless you have an appointment dont even bother walking in the door. If you do have an appointment, still plan on waiting well past your time slot, even to get registered. I came for my one hour glucose test and since I was the only one in the waiting room and on the sign in sheet I figured it would be quick. Well, after 30 minutes of waiting, and having 4 other people called in front of me (who came in well after I did), there wasnt enough time to perform the test before they closed. Very frustrated that they will take clients who have an appt, even if that appt. is well after you arrived. Not going back to this location ever.

Awful experience- not friendly staff at all- insurance card info got messed up. Then they took my bloodwork and did not ask my age until afterwards and threw out my bloodwork. Also told me that i needed to come back with an adult within an hour or my information would be deleted off the system. I will not be returning to this Lab Corp

I just took our 4 1/2 year old son for some blood work and they were great. They got us in right away and were very friendly and calm with him. Thank you for making it an easy and nice experience for us!

I have had only good experiences at this location. Staff is very friendly, warm and make me feel safe. I have to have blood tests very often and do not ever consider going any place else.
