I did not even get to experience the massage. It was impossible to get an appointment at this place. I called three times to make an appointment for a couples massage and after the appointments were "set up" a few days later I will get an email notification cancelling the appointment (not even a courtesy call) All three appointments I had tried to make over a period of a month or so were canceled. No explanation, nothing. I had bought the Groupon for this place and the Groupon customer service were kind enough to refund me the money so I can use it at another place that will hopefully be more professional. The experience was nothing but frustrating and I did not even get to go to the place at all. After them cancelling my appointments, I have no desire to go there to get a massage. I can only imagine what the service will be like in person.

My appointment was for 9am this morning. They told me to arrive a little early to fill out a,questionnaire. I got here at 850am. The office is not open. It is now 9:15am and NO ONE IS HERE! I called the number twice. Finally got a call back to tell me the therapist is running late. There is a 25 dollar cancellations fee if the customer cancels. But what happens when it is the fault of the company? My time is valuable! I have centered my work schedule around this appt! This sucks! Almost 9:20 and no one is here. The company next door said they usually do not get here until 10am! So why did they schedule me for 9am and told me to get here early! Unprofessional! What type of customer service training do they get? And what will their penalty be for this foolery!

Went in for the Infrared Body Slimming Wrapped. Loved the results, the process not so much lol I didnt know I would sweat so much but I would definitely do it again and again!! saw and felt results! Was helped by Victoria. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable :)

Scummy place, they have hidden fees and for Groupon users: the follow up appointments are not free. Theyll "treat" areas that are already healed and charge you.
