Will never use or recommend...after a long discussion with the nurse from the Drs office, it was recommended my grandson be seen asap for his symptoms (he had been having diarrhea and now when he urinated he had dark urine....this was the closest to get him quickly to, so my daughter and her husband took him there) My daughter told the on staff Dr what his last couple of days were like and showed the dark spots of urine in his diaper. The Dr looked at it and threw the diaper away and basically told my daughter that he was just not clean and that was left over soil from him having had diarrhea and that there was a full waiting room of people that needed to be seen..basically dismissing them and not even taking in to account there could be something wrong. My daughter left and waited until he urinated again to check his diaper. lets just say, they went straight to the ER due to next diaper being full of the dark urine. The ER staff took his case serious, ran tests on his urine and took blood for testing. The fear was dehydration and/or possible kidney infection....at this point, it appears is he is dehydrated and he possibly has proteins in his urine from how sick he had been...more tests are to follow to ensure this is the cause... How can you be told how sick he had been, seen the evidence and just dismiss it without ensuring there is nothing more possibly wrong? This was a long, scary, draining day, when if taken seriously at 8:30am this morning by what is supposed to be professional medical personnel, we could have had some peace of mind along with a plan to help our sweet baby boy feel better. When you say your a medical facility and you take money from people for your professional services, you are morally and ethically obligated to take each case serious and rule out any and all possible causes and provide adequate treatments. Not only did we not get proper care for our boy and get him on the road to feeling better, but double the expense was paid in order to get the care that was very much needed. Note..you got one star only because I could not leave a review on this site without any stars being hit...in my opinion, you dont even deserve that one.

Awful experience. I went there 5 months ago for a physical and that was bad enough. However, over the weekend 9-24-16 I went there for UTI and kidney pain. My pain was a 6-7, it was awful. My test came back positive for UTI so the PA prescribed me antibiotics..fine. When I tried to explain to her that I was pretty sure it went to my kidney she completely ignored me, my symptoms and my pain. She was extremely rude and was only in the room for about 5mins. She didnt even do an assessment. She never even said if your symptoms get worse go to the ER. Well, They did get worse. I ended up going to the ER less then 24 hours in excruciating pain. The hospital took blood work and CT scan...and it was a kidney infection. What if it was something worse. She completely disregarded my concerns. I left sobbing, 30 mins later I had a fever and chills. Thank you so much for your compassion and kindness- this review is not the only way Im addressing my awful experience.

Excellent health care facility. Doctor and staff was superb. Was in and out on an early Saturday evening, 2-11-17, in an hour which included reception, registration, initial screening, doctors exam and included an onsite X-ray, and discharge/release. A TV and magazines were in a spacious waiting area to pass the time. The bathroom was clean as well. An excellent experience compared to visits at like facilities where the wait was well over an hour and the facilities were not nearly as spacious and clean.

Evey single time I have ever gone into MedExpress it turns into a hassle. The staff is beyond rude from the front desk all the way to the doctors. They absolutely do not listen to their customers and treat them as if they are dullards. I have even had one staff member scream and my wife and I. The care is always sub par and they if it is anything other than a cold they just farm you off to the hospital anyway. I am not even kidding when I say I would not even take my dog there.

We have been coming here for yrs and have always had the best care. Our most recent visit was 3/26/17 and I couldnt be happier with the staff and how well they took care of us! The nurses where very kind and friendly and the doctor couldnt have been sweeter! They took the time to listen and definitely made me feel that they cared. Lots of staff members on a Sunday too! Thank you for always providing excellent care for our family we truly appreciate it!

The office staff just wander around laughing and carrying on instead of doing their jobs. Ive been sitting here for 40 minutes waiting to REGISTER with only 2 people before me, one of which left because they dont accept her insurance! I will suggest everyone go to ExpressCare instead of this joke. You can make your appointment online and its so much faster. If they didnt have my license and insurance card I would have left and went there myself.

Each time we have been here in the past few years, the wait has been reasonable and the treatment has been excellent! The staff is friendly, experienced and spends the necessary time to diagnose, treat and explain everything to you. This is great healthcare! Follow up visits have been excellent, too. Much better than our experience with Hanover UC or the ER. Thank you and keep it up!

Took my son in the other day he was breathing very shallow and sleeping on and off all day. Doctor said he probibly had allergies and sent him home. She might of spent 5 minutes with us. We walked out and went to the Hanover urgent care. They gave him a neb right away and sent him to the hospital for low O2 levels. Will never come here again

Ive been there twice in the past 6 months. The place is exceptionally clean and the staff is professional and efficient. As an R.N. I have worked in urgent care centers and find this the best of the best. The only thing I would like to see to improve the services would be to add a lab and radiology services.
