I am done. The 3 doctors here are pretty great. Knowledgeable, friendly, etc. The office staff is horrible. This office is so piss poorly ran I have never seen anything like it. You have to call multiple multiple times to get anything accomplished. Example? I had to call PLUS my chiropractor had to call multiple times to get a referral. Most of the office staff barely speaks English. I recently had blood work done. Have 13 outbound calls to this office to try and get a doctor on the line to discuss results and next steps. Then, even when you do leave a message, NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. I am beyond frustrated with this place. Plenty of good doctors in this area, save yourself the frustration.

Pro: The front desk personnel and nurse who checked my vitals were all very nice. Con: The rest. Found baby spiders crawling on me in the waiting room. The doctor spent 5 minutes with me before referring me to a surgeon for a wart removal. The surgeons office said they dont do that procedure when I called. Yet, Blue Nile took my insurance information and copay. Final: Will NEVER return to this place.

customer service and the whole process went fine and i was told to hear a result from blood work on the next day and that they would call and let me know. i didnt receive any call the next day and when i call them to find out blood work results they denied their statements and said it would take 3 days....not fair for someone feeling sick and feel bribed!!!

My experience at the clinic today wasnt great. Bathroom was so dirty, it looked like a nightclub club rest room. Urinalysis sample with a coffee cup?? Seriously
