Karena Greenstein is great. I had a wonderful check up. Unfortunately, the stores policies regarding the adjustment of glasses needs to be revisited. I paid for contacts and the check up, expecting to buy glasses online. The store refused to adjust my glasses under any circumstances, despite the fact that this is common practice at other establishments. I was not satisfied with my service nor the staffs handling of the situation.

Karena Greenstein is the nicest optometrist I have ever visited. My 8 year old son is a wiggle worm but she kept him engaged and talked to him about things he liked to do while she was doing his examination. She really cares about her patients and is very knowledgeable. I will definitely be seeing her again.
