I didnt know how badly I needed Dr. Julie Ngo in my life until I met her for the first time yesterday. After having an appointment with Dr. Ngo, it made me realize how much of an uncaring idiot my previous optometrist was. Bye Target, I am now a Constant Eye Care patient for life. I am a pretty low maintenance patient - partly because I also work in healthcare and partly because that is just my personality. Im just a nearsighted gal that wants to see clearly and be able to read boba menus without having to squint. Ive always thought my prescriptions were too weak. Ive been in the -1.00s since high school (a little over a decade) and finally made it to -2.00 six months ago with my previous optometrist. Yesterday, I was told by Dr. Ngo that my vision was actually -2.50...I have never jumped .5 before (much less in 6 months). It usually takes two years for my vision to go down .5. I came in for a contact fitting as well and Dr. Ngo gave me some -2.50 contact lenses and I have NEVER seen clearer in my life! For the first time, everything was SO clear. My previous optometrist gave me glasses/contacts that let me see JUST enough but never with the clarity I actually wanted/needed. With my old optometrist, whenever I had a "contact fitting" he would give me a pair of Acuvue Oasys 2-week contact lenses, kick me out within a few minutes, and Id see him again in a year. He basically forced that brand on me - I never got to try monthly pairs or daily pairs. He never followed up with me to see if I liked them or if they worked for me. Appointments with him were quick. With Dr. Ngo, she is letting me try different brands AND I am to come back and let her know which I like and which I dislike so I can appropriately order the right contact lenses. If I dont like any of the lenses she gave me, I can try others. First off, I didnt know you were supposed to come back after trial-ing a pair of lenses. I am exploring new worlds of contact lenses with Dr. Ngo and I am very confident that through her I will finally find the perfect pair of contact lenses for ME!

Nice, clean place. Dr. Julie Ngo is also a very nice and patient with my boys. This is my 3rd year going to this place, and I have no complaint other than the staff in the front. Last year, a hispanic front staff was not very nice, and I was hesitant to go back this year. I wanted to give it a try again, since Dr Ngo got my boys in, last minute appointment the day before. But again, very disappointed with the staff in the front, not only they are different every year, the new hispanic girl purposely gave me the expired prescription when I asked for it. Why do I even have to ask for the prescription, when I paid for the eye exam? She only gave me the last years eye glasses prescription, which it will expire in one month, and I am guessing, to her (front staff), this is not a common sense, that newest prescription is not released to patients after the exam, if the prescription from last year has not yet expired. She also refused to release the contact lens prescription after I asked numerous times. I will not be going back there ever again, and deal with these rude front staff members. I guess I have to be more nasty with them and speak with the doctor directly to get my boys eye glasses and contact lens prescriptions. I do NOT recommend this place at all! Boooo

Constant Eye Care is a great place to get your eye exam, prescription lenses, and contact lenses. I have gotten all 3 at this location, and all their services have been top notch. Glasses and contacts have always arrived on-time, and communication has always been excellent. Her methods seem more modern and up-to-date, as well. Most importantly, Dr. Ngo takes time to understand the patient. When I first came to her practice, she thought my glasses were over-prescribed from my previous eye care professional. She listened to my history and my concerns. She explained what she thought was best for me and suggested that I try out a slightly less strong prescription to see if I liked it. After a week, I felt less strain on my eyes after pro-longed computer usage at work. I feel that her prescription was keen and spot-on. I highly recommend Dr. Ngo and Constant Eye Care!

I have been a customer at Constant Eye Care for the last 2 years and have consistently found it to be a pleasant experience. The staff and Dr. Ngo are always friendly and efficient helping me through my eye exams, insurance/payment, and receiving my contact lens. As a patient, I felt completely confident that I was getting the most accurate diagnosis for my eyes. Afterwards, payment was taken care of even with the minimal insurance info that I had, and I received my contacts by mail as scheduled. I would absolutely recommend this eye clinic to anyone looking for a optometrist.

The front desk person was extreme nice. My parents are Asian and dont know a lot of English and he was patient and understanding of that. The doctor herself was really nice and explained everything throughout my appointment. Overall the environment was nice and friendly. It was our first time there but within 5 minutes we felt like we had been going to them for years

Dr Ngo and her staff are fantastic. Her front desk staff is very knowledgeable and verifies insurance pretty quickly - less wait. Dr Ngo is organized in her approach in diagnosing your concerns and, most importantly, she cares about your concerns. Ive been here twice and I trust Dr Ngo and her staff. I recommend this place.

Dr. Ngo is always friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure Im comfortable and have the right kind of contacts while also being budget friendly. She and her staff also gives some much needed advice for a guy with no taste in eyewear :)
