This was possibly the worst eye doctor appointment I have ever had. The doctor did not seem to care about me as a patient but seemed more concerned with getting me out of the room so that the next patient could come into the room. The doctor didnt even have me put my contacts on in the room with her but told me to go out into the waiting area and put my contacts on there while she welcomed another patient into the room. Then the receptionist gave me an eye test at the end and said that my vision was "basically 20/20" and told me I could leave. She did not ask if I felt that I could see well, and I felt like the entire end of my appointment was broadcast to the entire waiting area. Overall, disappointing. After posting this negative review, the eye doctor contacted me personally in an attempt to make it right. I appreciated the effort.

My mother and I went to see Dr. Truong for our appointment. She was excellent and very personal. I liked that I didnt feel rushed at all and each appointment was spent with quality time. She did a very careful examination and explained things to us in great details. Finding a good doctor for any type of medical category is difficult. Therefore, we strongly recommend her.

The doctors good, she prescribed medicine and didnt run this through my medical insurance. Its been 3 months and Im still waiting on them to finish the prescription. The front office was nice when you can get an answer, otherwise voicemail with no call backs. I prefer the original target Dr. who moved Sidhu Eye Associates. this just wouldnt happen with her.

Dr Diana Truong provided me with excellent service and walked me through out the eye exam. I liked that I didnt feel rushed at all and it was a personal service. I am planning on taking my parents here and also, recommending this clinic to my friends as well. 5/5 star service!
