A+++++! Having just moved here from California I needed a new optometrist and Ive found one in Williams Eye Care. From the first phone call I received nothing but excellent service in a friendly manner. The Doctor took the time to explain to me how over-wearing my lenses was hurting my eyes, possibly causing permanent damage! The Dr. I went to for years in California knew my habits and never said a word! The Dr I saw at W.E.C. reccommended I switch to daily lenses to solve the problem. WOW, what a difference! I no longer have to worry about remembering to switch them bi-weekly, in turn, my contacts are so much more comfortable to wear. No Itchy, red eyes...no foggy lenses, all the problems I was having are completely GONE! They also spotted that my old Dr. had me way over-prescribed.... They dropped my prescription over a full point from -4.75 to 3.5.... MAGICALLY my almost-daily headaches are gone. THANK YOU Williams Eye Care! You have made wearing contacts enjoyable again. Just had my annual check-up with Dr. Nwachukwa and as always, an enjoyable experience. Dr. Nwachukwa is very professional, but extremely personable and pleasant to be around - she is thorough and explains everything very well, pointing out any areas of possible problems and also where things look good. I would strongly recommend using her for your eye care needs.

The doctor here has always been very nice, but the receptionist is quite the opposite. She had a bad attitude and was very sarcastic with me for no reason. I simply set an appointment at the wrong location and she made me feel like I put her out drastically and purposely made me feel like I wasnt wanted there. Well, fine. You wont see me again.
