I was a suspect of Glaucoma due to optic nerves are asymmetry. I was worried and checked around DFW areas to find the most reasonable price and great quality. I finally decided to go to Dr. William on Colin Creek because they have the Visual near field, OCT and other advanced optical instruments. The staffs were super nice, the check in process was super simple and easy. Dr. Vo has done a wonderful job explaining all the results, which to me is a completely different language. However, she went through it thoroughly and was much patience with me. I recommend everyone to this clinic. Professional, knowledgeable on the topic, super nice, clean office, update to date optical technology and very reasonable price. Thank you guys !

Dr. Williams has been my optometrist (and my daughters) for more than 10 years. I had been in gas permeable contact lens for almost 20 years prior to this, and I asked Dr. Williams whether soft lenses would work for me, as I have a strong astigmatism. Dr. Williams tried various options with the soft lens and just nailed the fit and vision perfectly. His patience with finding the correct fit was phenomenal. His knowledge is superior, and the best Ive seen (pardon the pun) in many, many years of wearing corrective lenses. I highly recommend him, and his staff in Plano is wonderful, courteous, and helpful.

My recent visit at Dr. Williams office was great! Staff members were friendly, very helpful, attentive and had the answers to all of my questions. They always smiled when addressing me and had upbeat, positive attitudes. This made the office environment inviting and pleasant. Dr. Williams was easy-going, professional and added an element that any doctors office visit needs, humor. In fact, I think Im having a definite sense of vujade right now because Ive never written a review of an eye doctors office before. I consider myself to be a difficult patient because I need contact lenses that correspond with tri-focal eyeglasses. Dr. Williams was very patient and let me try different combinations of contacts over several weeks. Eventually, I found the perfect fitting. Im in my sixties and have had lots of experience getting fitted with eye glasses and contacts. I havent had any other optician spend so much time trying to fit my eyes with the optimum prescription. The office staff saved me lots of money by checking on my insurance, and they mailed the contacts to my home. I couldnt be more pleased.

After seeing just about every doctor that comes through the Frisco location I am finally moving on. they have never once gotten my prescription right. The doctors all start out friendly, but they seem to get impatient with me and my eyes. I really want to be able to see!!!!! I would suggest looking elsewhere if you have a "difficult" prescription Other notes: One time I order my contact paid, waited a month.. called back to see what was taking so long. Turns out they never ordered them. Another time I ordered my contacts... they came in, but they never called me. ugh :(

Ive been to many doctors in my life but Dr Williams is by far one of the best. You can tell a great deal about a doctor by his staff. Jessica was friendly and helpful(providing directions for me), and they even put on cartoons(Netflix) for my kids during my visit. Bravo for choosing the best staff. The doctor is intelligent, wise, conscience of cost, thorough, and can patiently break "it" down for a novice without appearing or being condescending. My thoughts are if all doctors approached their patients the same way he does, the world would be very different.

I had been to another doctor, starting in November of last year. I had my glasses fulfilled online. When I received them, they did not work. Went back to the doctor, got a changed prescription, had them made again, did not work. Went to Cindy Nguyen and she helped me understand what the issues were and helped me get a 100% refund for the glasses because they made them wrong. I also got a new prescription (finally the correct one) so now I am confident when I get my glasses fulfilled at a store, they will be correct. Thank you so much!

I went to see Dr. Mark Ruiz on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was friendly and Dr. Ruiz took time to explain things to me thoroughly. He was professional without being stuffy. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable...even checked the Cowboys score for me! Jessica was the one I booked the appointment through and her demeanor and patience with all of my questions was the reason I chose this office. I will definitely recommend Dr. Ruiz to friends and family!

My husband and I have been going to Williams Eye Care for over 20 years. In all those years we have never had to wait in the waiting room. We are seen promptly, at the time of our appointment. We have walked in with an issue, and the staff did everything to accommodate us. The staff is knowledgeable about insurance issues, pre-testing procedures, and the latest technologies. I would recommend Williams Eye Care to everyone appreciating quality service.

He will suggest you not to buy glasses because you have a very tiny prescription. But dont wait until your eyes start to hurt again especially if you work on computers. Eyes are important. Get your prescription emailed from the doctors secretary ( who will forget the first time so call again) and order nice glasses. The prescription is nicely detailed with spherical and cylindrical numbers separate.

I went to the Collin Creek office because of poor eye sight. I was diagnoised with cataracts. I was given all the relevant information about cataracts and the surgery I would need to get better. I was referred to a great eye surgeon and had the surgeries. I returned to Dr Williams for follow ups. He was kind, professional and very patient with all my questions. The over all expierance was great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for many years. His eye exams are very thorough and he explains everything clearly and recommends websites and products to help with my dry eyes. He reassured me my eyes are healthy and that I have 20/20 vision with glasses. His staff is very friendly and helpful. Wait time is brief. Dr. Williams saw me very promptly. I would definitely recommend him.

Everyone there are friendly yet professional. I learned things I never knew about my eyes and prescription. Dr. VO was patient and informative. The contact lens tech. was very patient as well since I have not worn contacts in a very long time and needed help re-learning! My husband and I were both well pleased.
