I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. As it turned out, he wasnt even in the building. When I left from my exam I paid for the exam and the contacts they ordered for me. When my contacts were in a few days later they had me pay again. I didnt think that was right but I was in a hurry. When I got home I discovered they double charged me for the contacts. Instead of refunding my money they gave me more contacts, but that wasnt really what I wanted - they didnt even ask.

I recently moved from Boston and needed to find an Optometrist,i walked in one day and asked if they could fit me in and they were very courteous and saw me within 15 minutes.The staff is very friendly and explained everything to me.Dr. Pattni took his time with the exam and answered any question i had.I felt like i was treated like a person and nit just a number like at some other places.I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.Thank you for the great service!!

I have had 2 recent appointments with Dr. Pattni and I am so happy to have finally found a Plano optometrist that listens to his patients instead of just testing and perscribing. Dr .Pattni has diagnosed and successfully begun treatment on a problem in my right eye that other doctors in Plano have completely dismissed. This is a good Doctor who will listen and can be trusted. I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Pattni. When I called, the staff was very helpful setting up my appointment. During my appointment the staff made me feel at ease. Dr. Pattni listened to my concerns and took his time during my appointment. I will definitely go back and take my daughter. On a side note: this office was very clean. Their bathroom was immaculate.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me with any questions or concerns i had. Once i went back to see Dr. Pattni it was a pleasant experience, he knew what he was talking about and found the perfect prescription for me. Just got done getting a contact lens exam from dr pattni. Found him to be very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt feel hurried during the exam and all the costs were explained upfront so there was no confusion like with my previous dr. Highly recommend dr pattni and his staff.

I went in for a repair and came out with a new exam,new contacts and cool sunglasses.My frames could not be fixed,they suggested a current exam and new glasses.The staff helped me pick my new Nike sunglasses and i am very satisfied.I am proud to say i found a new eye doctor.Thank you .

Dr. Pattni is a great optometrist who runs a solid practice with good staff. He comes across as very soft spoken, but I appreciate his patience and willingness to answer questions and provide more information. Strongly recommend this clinic if youre looking for basic eye care.
