After Dr. Marshall reached out to me to make the situation right I decided to remain a patient of his, and I was given a trial pair of contacts to last me until my appointment. He was very attentive and apologetic for his employees actions,and I do recommend Marshall Eye Care. I have been a patient of Dr. Brian Marshall for close to 10 years, and I even followed him from his previous location at Walmart. He personally is a nice individual, however his receptionists over the years have lacked in customer service. Not to mention once I get an exam and he gives me a trial pair to try for contacts I constantly have to come back and try different ones because I can never see clearly enough. Even after getting new insurance and realizing his office was not on my plan, I still visited with him. Now on my last pair of contacts from his office, and after a couple days of wear my vision is blurry and causing me headaches from this pair. I called his office to ask for a trial pair to get me through until ordering new ones (clearly I want to set up an appointment to confirm the prescription is still correct, however I do not have the time yet with work so I needed someone to swing by for me to pick up the pair to tie me over) and I was told after the initial trial pair I couldnt get another. I informed her of how long I have been a loyal patient and that I could not see, and she reiterated that was policy. After telling her I would take my business elsewhere THEN she tells me if I ordered new contacts and paid for them I could get a trial pair to hold me over. (Sure why not waste money on a box of contacts since my prescription could have changed slightly) No thanks. I will just find a new doctor with better staff that is capable of getting my prescription correct my first visit and is a little more compassionate towards their patients.

My experience at this clinic was terrible. I went in not having the amount of wealth that was acceptable to the office manager - I am guessing she is a millionaire? I was made to feel less adequate due to the fact I have fallen on hard times. She says things like " well do you want it or not?" Working in the health industry you should have a caring spirit and be customer service oriented. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone I care about. Nor would I even send my worst enemy. The doctor is very kind unlike his staff however he is not always available and his other employees must not want to speak up. They allow this women to verbally abuse patients and are most likely like myself un-confrontational. Again, I would not recommend this place. This will no longer be my clinic. If you love yourself go elsewhere. If you are used to rude management then by all means!! Was forced to add one star to post !! CLINIC NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT

Dr Brian Marshall is simply the BEST! First time I went to him was 8 years ago, 1-year out of college, no money, and I had just been ripped off by an ophthalmologist. My eyes were dry, red, and irritated from staring too long at computer screens. Dr. Marshall taught me about a natural alternative to Restasis, an expensive prescription medication that helps keep your eyes moist. Also, he put silicone plugs in my eye drains (pretty advanced / not all optometrists do this) and charged me less than 1/12th of what the ophthalmologist quoted me for the same thing. From this, he earned himself a life-long customer, and Im every bit as happy seeing him today as I was back then. Just last week I showed up 30mins late, and he skipped lunch to meet with me. Honestly, this doctor is the best!

My wife and I visited Dr Marshall yesterday and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. Dr. Marshall is that rare breed of doctor who has incredible knowledge yet remains very humble and sincere. He was able to not only solve my wife and Is vision issues, but we both left saying, "That guy genuinely cares about us and our family" This is a rare thing in our day and age. I highly recommend Dr Marshall and his practice. Oh yes, the office is very warm and comforting and the staff is much the same! Anthony

This was the worst visit to an eye doc i have ever had. The visit itself was cold and not personal at all. Then they over charged me and my insurance. When I called and asked them a about it they told me I just didnt understand when I called my insurance they informed me I was over charged by them out of my pocket have i got my money back no and I will never visit them again

This would be the very last optometrist I would every go too. He examined my eyes twice, and twice he was wrong. I went to see two Ophthalmologist and I could not believe their findings. If you have expedience something medically wrong in his field at his practice please post your concerns.

I found Dr Marshall to be experienced and caring. Also, its a comfortable environment - I could hear the teenage girl and dad that saw Dr Marshall before me laughing from the other room during their visit and they walked out with big smiles. I had a similar experience. 5 Stars.
