Attractive, convenient and comfortable location. Really nice people. Great communication and professional service. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, from the receptionists and opticians out front, to the optometrists and their ophthalmic techs in back. They have a large staff so it was easy to schedule a quick and convenient appointment or get immediate help when just walking in. Mandy was very thorough and considerate in my pre-exam and ophthalmic testing. She was also very efficient which kept my appointment time down, which Im sure helped transition the rest of my exam as well. Dr. Claborn did a great job of my exam, especially in terms of reviewing with me the condition and health of my eyes. Her exam was quick and easy, and her resulting prescription and recommendations have proven spot on. Wylie Eye Center has a large selection of frames, designers and price points. They had just about every type of eyeglasses and sunglasses that I have seen anywhere in one place, with catalogues too if there was a particular frame that you wanted them to order. Susan and Nick were the opticians who helped me. They were really friendly and attentive. They both did a great job of explaining my options when looking at frames. Both helped me when I was trying to decide what style and function I wanted. They talked me through the various styles, materials, and design choices and made competent recommendations when I was dialing in my final choices. Plus if something that I was thinking about just looked bad on me, or realistically wasnt going to work for me in the long run, they spoke up. I really appreciated that. What I ended up with is the perfect combination of comfortable and functional, while still looking very, very cool. My glasses were actually ready for pick up the same day which really surprised me. Nick was meticulous in dialing them in for a proper fit. The Wylie Eye Center location is convenient and an optician has always been available on walk-in whenever I have needed an adjustment or had a fit question. Lastly, they offered me discounts on just about everything that I purchased. (They even put new nose pieces for free on a pair of glasses that I came in with.) Everything too came with cases, cleaning cloths and supplies. Their walk-out prices as such are very competitive, even compared with online pricing. Unlike buying something online though, I really like the fact that they are local and available should I have an issue or question. And after reviewing some online sites, I also noted that Wylie Eye Centers selection and variety was actually much better. No complaints. Great job all!

Unbelievably good customer service, this is the kind of place that other businesses should model themselves after. I came to Wylie Eye Center to get a pair of prescription sunglasses, after I had already obtained my prescription. Every member of the staff was friendly, courteous and eager to help - even when very busy. All associates were knowledgeable and wanted to address my concerns, no one acted burdened or irritated as you unfortunately find at many businesses today. They helped me find the right frame and stepped through entering my VSP insurance to get the best value. I did not have to fill in forms, they did it right then. They took the time to explain each benefit and even when the benefits were exhausted still offered me a discount on my second pair of lenses. Communication has been great, they call when they say they will, text me promptly when my order is ready and follow up to make sure everything is right. Even when I dont speak to the same person they look up my information and get involved to help. I would recommend this optometrist to anyone in the area, I would even drive several miles out of the way to be a patron of these fine people. Wylie Eye Center goes out of their way and above and beyond to provide outstanding customer satisfaction.

Ive been seeing Dr. Parks for more than 10 years now, met him back in the old Pearle Vision days. He has been my eye doctor from the first day I met him. Yeah, I could tell you about my new glasses or the really nice staff but thats not what you want to hear. I work in the automotive and machine development business, so its not uncommon to get something in your eye, even though I wear glasses. Well its happened more than once, and Dr. Parks is more than willing to see me right away. Its usually small pieces of metal so his staff is very concerned with my eye health. I cant thank them enough for all the time theyve helped me. Their new place in old downtown Wylie is really nice, go check them out sometime, your eyes will thank you.

Everything about my visit was great, from the time I made my appointment online to when I picked up my new glasses. Being able to fill out all the medical forms online ahead of time saved a ton of time on the day of my appointment. Dr. Claborn was awesome and had great bedside manners. It is never fun to get your eyes dilated but Dr. Claborn and her staff explained everything in detail and what I should expect. Overall, a very good experience and the entire staff treated me like I was a long time patient, even though this was my first visit to their office. I highly recommend Wylie Eye Center and Dr. Claborn.

Awesome staff & eye exam!! I have worn glasses/contacts for 20 years now and I have never had such a complete and satisfying visit at an eye doctor. The front desk staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The ophthalmic assistant was great too, he walked me through each pre-exam test and did them quickly. Dr. Anderson took the time to talk with me as a person, not just a patient. She did a very thorough exam and made me feel like I was the only patient there, which I was not. I love this place!! BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Anderson and her staff! :)

I have been going to Dr Parks for years now. He is the best eye doctor I have ever been to, and I have been in glasses or contacts since middle school. Dr Parks also helped me with a significant eye injury several years ago, and again the care was spot on. The staff is friendly, and the facility and equipment always seem clean and well kept. Anyone near Wylie looking for an eye doctor should head to the Wylie Eye Center for their next appointment.

Ive been to several eye places over the last several years and this is by far the best. Although the first available appointment was a few weeks out, I can understand why. The place is very nice and well kept inside. The receptionists, the doctor, and tech were all super nice as well and informative about all the tests and what they were for. I did not feel rushed through everything as I have with many other places before.

I didnt think I would ever be able to wear contacts again, as I had problems with them in the past. But Dr. Anderson worked with me and made it possible. It took a few weeks and three different varieties, but now I am seeing 20-20, near & far, with a combination of multifocus contacts, and monovision approach. Many thanks to Dr. Anderson and the staff at Wylie TSO.

Dr. Beth Anderson is very interested in patient eye health. She is thorough in her examinations and pays attention to the details of eye health. The staff and associates are all very helpful and very pleasant!! They take the time needed for each eye patient to ensure that their eye exams, corrective lenses and frames are the best suited for each patient.
