I had IntraLASIK surgery performed by Dr. Sweeney and had the best possible experience! The initial Lasik review at their new Richardson facility was performed by Dr. Sweeney himself, along with his very personable staff. They answered all of my questions, explained the different options and put my mind at ease about the surgery. The surgery itself used state of the art equipment at the Cornea Eye Associates of Texas and lasted just minutes. Dr. Sweeney again explained step by step what was going to happen before the surgery began, talked me through during the surgery and even called to check on me later in the day - excellent customer service. I was able to drive the next day for a brief post op follow up and after a few weeks of settling, Ive got 20/15 vision. I highly recommend Dr. Sweeney and his staff!!!

Giving 2 stars because Dr. Ehrhardt is excellent; otherwise it would be 1 star. My dads 92 and has been a patient for 2 years. Every time he has an appt we spend 45 mins to an hour in the waiting room. Today he had a 10 AM appt, but his name wasnt called until 11. Dad didnt see the doctor until 12:20. In addition the woman at the front desk was both unfriendly and unhelpful. First she demanded Dads ID and insurance cards. Then she handed me a clipboard with 7 pages to fill out. The first sheet asked for basic info like name, address, etc. I said they must have this info already; couldnt they print it out and let patients make changes as needed. She said, "If we did that for every patient, thats all wed be doing!" Well excuse me -- maybe you have too many patients!

The most professional, caring, and compassionate group I have seen. Dr Ehrhardt treated my wife and took a ton of time to make sure we adequately understood everything. First, doctor to listen and help diagnose her issues. The office staff was so professional and worked to get us in and back and truly showed our time mattered. Could not have been happier.

Doctors are good at making appointments but dont know how to keep them. Expect 30 min to an hour wait. Are they worth the wait? My wife thinks so.
