When my membership was up with them I called to provide them with my husbands credit card. They would not accept it as he was not the one who had originally signed the financial form. (I at this time dd not have a credit card as he was the only one working) I explained that he is the one who takes the animals in there and in the past they had HIS card on file. He signs for any medical decision and they have no problem performing treatment when he is there!They dd verify this but told me that they could not do it because of the original financial form. I had taken dog for wellness check one month after membership had ran out so they NEEDED me to pay the total bill if I was unable to put my own card on file. Being unable to pay over 300 + for one visit and not allowing me to use my husbands card I asked if could pay the 30 monthly fee and cancel. They would not work with me and ended up sending me to collections!!!

Very disappointed and saddened with my recent vist. Took my puppy in for his first shots and check up and he ended with Parvo and is now fighting for his life.....well 6 days later my poor baby died and to make matters worse this s*** place of a hospital gives me a call only to try to wipe there hands clean saying that it takes 10 days to see any signs of parvo and he had it way before he got there. BS his initial tests where clear of any signs of parvo or bacteria for that matter, and it takes 3 to 10 days but of course mentioning 10 days was more convenient. I will never trust this staff with any of my pets again and I hope youll think twice before doing the same, whatever money you think your saving its not worth having your pet die a painful death.

Today I brought my dog in for the first time to get her vaccines and I will say that Zack was absolutely amazing very friendly he took care of us the moment we walked up to the counter I had a bad experience over the phone but they completely turned it around and changed my mind about this place, I have been more than impressed by their professionalism and care for my dog and her wellbeing. Thank you guys for turning my experience around!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Took my dog for ear infection and I am convinced when they did an ear cleaning they ruptured her ear drum, since her ear started bleeding the next day. At this time she cannot hear and I can only pray she regains her hearing. If I had the money to sue I would, so all I can do is warn pet owners to STAY AWAY. P.S. I had to give one star or it would not post, they deserve minus zero stars

I recently brought my puppy in who was extremely sick as a last resort as i couldnt get in at my vet. I had Dr Temple who was amazing. She was so very sweet and understanding. I honestly didnt think my puppy Zoey was going to make it, but thanks to her she checked everything and found the problem. I will now be bringing all of my animals here. Thank you for everything.

Ive been coming here for a few years now and they always take good care of my kitties. Their wellness plan makes taking my senior cat to the vet and making sure hes healthy really affordable. Dr. Temple and Dr. Gutierrez and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
