BEWARE! If you get the wellness plan it is a 12 month contract. If you try to cancel they will charge you a certain fee. Which mine would be $298.00 The representatives at the location do not present it as a contract. They make it sound like you have a month-to-month agreement. Then when I called and spoke to somebody they laughed. Part of it is our responsibility as a person to read what were signing. However, its bad business practice to not let someone know especially if you want to keep a customer exactly what theyre signing up for. I did the calculation and it is hundreds of dollars cheaper to go to a low-cost clinic or by the vaccinations online yourself, and for wellness check up you can go to a A low cost veterinarian. If you have a puppy you can go to the low cost clinic for a total of $170 for all three series of vaccinations and the two exams for the year.

This location is always friendly and helpful with my rambunctious 1 yr old great dane. The vet always takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions. Just wish they werent always so booked its hard to get a same day appt with them. The pet wellness plans are defiantly a good investment. Especially if you have a pup whos always getting into stuff or a senior who needs extra TLC. You get unlimited visits, in visits alone it has saved me over $300.

Friendly professional staff. They treated my dog very kindly. When she got real sick and had to be put to sleep, they were very compassionate and supportive. The plans are well worth it if you have a pet that needs normal and more health care. I love this place.

Inside petsmart, they have great Deals and checkups and pet insurance. Petsmart has great deals for checkups. Go in and talk wih them. Theyre very friendly and loving and youe pet will feel at home.
