I took our cat, Ringo, to All About Cats after reading other reviews. I was not disappointed. The facility was spotless with no odors. I arrived on time with my information form I easily completed from their WEB page. I was quickly shown to an exam room and my vet came in soon after. The examination went quickly after very professional questioning listening about his problem. I was shown an ex-ray and given a very through explanation of Ringos condition. The doctor was very patient in explaining several courses of action along with costs which were reasonable. There was no pressure in choosing treatment. I received a call early that evening regarding more lab test results. All About Cats was the most distant facility for me but I am glad I made the drive. Two Weeks Later: This is an addendum to the above review I wrote two weeks ago. Dr. Berquist was the Vet assigned to me by the front desk. She turned out to be an excellent choice for my Ringo. Ringo had a problem with wetting outside of his box. This was an off and on again thing. She took a x-ray and determined he had only one functioning kidney (not thought to be a current problem) and no kidney stones which we had suspected he had from experience with a previous cat. Ringo did have hip joint problems which she treated with an anti inflammatory med which she did not recommend for long term use. She speculated he would have found it painful to squat. She also recommended an over-the-counter fiber to soften his stool along with more canned wet food. All together this has worked for Ringo without busting my bank account. Treating animals has got to be a real challenge as they cannot tell us what is bothering them and just like people, a through medical examination will usually find more than one problem. The Vet must then discern what to treat and what can just be watched. Dr. Berquist not only did this but made follow up phone calls inquiring as to how he was doing and to answer my questions. Im sure there are other good Vets, but I will be sticking with the winner I have found.

I am so thankful I brought Dusty to All About Cats. Dr. Cathy Berquist and the rest of the lovely staff made me truly feel as though they cared for Dusty as if she were one of their own. I have no doubt that Dusty lived to the fullest of her 21-year-old life as a result of their excellent care, compassion, and love of animals. Dr. Berquist excised a benign cyst on her neck, taking care to follow a surgical protocol that would go easy on her kidneys due to renal disease and old age. Dusty recovered beautifully from the procedure with no complications or obvious scarring. A couple years later, Dusty was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and worsening kidney disease at 20-years-old. A year later, she would be diagnosed with an stubborn urinary tract infection complicated by kidney failure, pancreatitis, and high blood pressure, I had begun the anticipatory grieving process. There were several times I would call the office, only to breakdown crying because I was conflicted about whether to make the call to put down my best friend that had been by my side since I was 5-years-old. I tried, several times to make that call. The office staff and Dr. Berquist was always understanding and compassionate towards me during this time. Dusty was set free to roam the rainbow bridge in May of 2017. I will never be able to thank these women enough for the care they provided for my furbaby in life and in death. They are angels among us.

I have had my cat for a little over 10 years and she has not been to a vet since her prior owner. She has lots of anxiety and stress so Ive always been wary of bringing her to a vet. I happened to drive by this office quite frequently a few years back and this last week my cat got a cold. She was vomiting sneezing and wouldnt move drink water or eat. I decided to bring her straight here. I am so happy I brought her here. The tech, I believe her name was rana, was so sweet and gentle to kitty. Dr. McCormick was absolutely amazing with her. She listened to every detail I had about kitty with her health issues and she took notes. She was very thorough with the procedure. She prescribed medicine and gave her two injections one for pain and another to help rehydrate her. Im forever thankful for her kindness and generosity. Once home kitty immediately started running around and then eating and drinking and running some more. Something she hasnt done in months. Thank you so much and I will be bringing kitty back for x-rays and for her annual check ups.

If you have cats this is the place to take them for excellent care. My cat has a chronic issue that was not being managed well at his previous vet. After ONE visit my cats issue was diagnosed and we began managing it appropriately. My cat is also receiving acupuncture from his doctor and is healthier today than he has been in years. His fur is softer, he is actually engaging us in play and his pain is resolved WITHOUT meds. Also, I have never boarded my cats for fear they would be stressed. I took a chance with All About Cats and my cats came out of boarding HEALTHIER than when I dropped them off. The front desk and all assistants are professional and obviously care about what they do. I cannot say enough about this practice! They have made a huge difference in our lives and I am grateful for them :)

Dr. Koppe has treated my cats for the past 9 years and I wouldnt have it any other way! Our cat Mocha has been alive far longer than anybody expected thanks to Dr. Koppe. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with her last night going over Mochas medical history to determine a course of treatment because we have moved out of state. Mocha is such a sickly cat that any new vet will not know where to start so Dr. Koppe gave us a complete copy of her history, as well as a summary, to give to a new vet. Nobody has ever expected Mocha to live this long, in fact she outlived her brother who only saw Dr. Koppe once in his 14 years because he never got sick. We greatly appreciate everything Dr. Koppe has done through the years and cant thank her enough.

Sadly we came here because our kitty was very sick and in his end stages. The vet did ultimately recommend we end his suffering and its one of the toughest decisions weve ever had to make. The staff treated us, our little guy and our situation with the utmost respect, patience and care. At the end of our appointment, they let us know there would be no charge for the visit which we werent expecting at all. Im not sure how long itll take my heart to heal from the pain of saying goodbye to my best buddy but I just want All About Cats and their entire staff to know how much I appreciate the way they handled this difficult situation that day and know Ill recommend everyone I know to your wonderful clinic. All the best, Jill

Many of my kitties have been patients of All About Cats for years. The staff and facility are wonderful. My last experience showed me just how dedicated these people are to their patients. My cat had experienced an emergency issue right after office closing time. I called and not only did they pick up the phone, the vet (Dr. McCormick) said she would stay until I could get him there. I can never express my appreciation for this kind of caring and dedication. I would highly recommend All About Cats to anyone without any hesitation.
