I went to this clinic after reading reviews and thought I would get top care. I was way off. My cat was having problems with bladder stones and they said either surgery or put him down. I love my cat to death so I couldnt put him down. THey were not very sympathetic to my needs or feelings. I told the vet I trusted her with my cats life and she said this was a common proceedure and he should do great. Well 2 days later, we had to take my cat to the emergency room because he couldnt breathe, they say it could have been blood clot. My cat died that night, and I have been a total wreck. He was my world and I trusted them. Do not take your animals to them. Horrible.

We have taken our pets to this clinic because of the convenience, however, the have misdiagnosed on several occasions. Our cat had been experiencing intense scratching of her ears, we spent nearly $1,000 going back and forth and nothing changed. It wasnt until we took our cat to another vet that they properly diagnosed and provided the solution to get our cat comfortable again. We have also switched groomers.

Our 2 dogs have been taken care of by the staff for vetinary care, grooming and boarding for the last 5 years.They are an exceptional team! Rudy and Cindy were actually happy to go to Pet Care Clinic. Austin always gave them very "special" treatment. We have moved away from Idaho now,but we will always remember everyone at Pet Care Clinic for their knowledge of animal care and kindess to the whole family.

I have been taking my animals to Dr. Madura and her staff since she has been a vet here in Boise. We have never gotten anything other than the best of care. My pets through out the years are like my children and I trust their care and their well being to Pet Care Clinic. Always very friendly, personal and professional. I would VERY highly recommend Pet Care Clinic to everyone.

I feel terrible about having taken our dogs to this groomer. They were mistreated and have had to go to the vet twice to be treated for injuries sustained while there. Do not let this groomer near your animals. Worst of all the clinic refuses to take responsibility for her actions. Very disappointing experience all around.

The staff and Dr. Madura were wonderful with my dog. They were willing to stay late when I called right before they were ready to close. They were very compassionate with my dog and were extremely knowledgeable. I will be referring all my friends and family there.

The doctors were really good at giving my dogs their vaccines and treating my puppy that had parvo with the utmost care. The doctor that treated my puppy gave me the options of what I could do and what it would cost. She made it through and now is a happy healthy dog.

My first visit was friendly and fun. My dog, Sasha, did not get nervous about anything. I met the groomer and am looking forward to scheduling an appointment. I recommend checking out this facility and staff, then take your pet and enjoy.

I dont think I know how many employees they have gone through since Ive been going there.(High turn over rate?). The doctors that I trusted have now left. I dont know whats going on, but I think Ill be going somewhere else from now on.

The vet and the techs are so friendly, everybody knows each other. Its a very calming environment. My dog says and I quote, "If you have to go to the vet.... this is better than all the others but Id prefer not to go"!

The people here really care. The doctors here are very knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Madura has been seeing my dog for almost two years and has always been very good with him! Great clinic and a very nice staff!

Dr Madura is great. We accidentily fed our two papillions food we left in our RV in the heat for a couple weeks and the food went toxic. Dr Madura saved both our dogs. She is great.
