Im so over Banfield! They got me into a monthly fee, then they closed the office and said I had to go to Palm Desert; they then closed Palm Desert and said we had to go to Palm Springs (which makes EVERYONE from the entire Coachella Valley go to the Palm Springs office). After contacting Palm Springs, we were told that they couldnt see our dog for TWO MONTHS!! This was an emergency and they really didnt care. I asked that my contract be cancelled and was told they cannot do that and that I had to pay for the whole year! I was always under the impression that a contract was to be honored on BOTH sides, not just the side of the payee... IM OVER BANFIELD... We are now with Dr. Kevin Fenton at VCA in La Quinta and they are WONDERFUL!!

My dog deserves better! At my scheduled appointment for a recurring ear infection my dog was denied treatment despite repeated pleas! How about putting some of that ear solution in the red irritated ear you had us buy the day before. Thats treatment and I would have been happy with that. They even said what a good job we are doing with ear maintenance. Did they not notice clear signs my dog was in distress and needed immediate help. Shame on you Rachel Jeffrey! You let a whole family down and made our dog continue to suffer! Buyer BEWARE of Banfields!!!

We love this Banfield location. The staff is always very friendly and informative. They treat my dog like one of their own. The vets there worked really hard to help figure out what was going on with her terrible skin rashes as a puppy (ended up being food allergies). She is now 4.5 years old and we are still going to this same location. And we especially love the monthly plan and all that is included.

We were told we couldnt be seen due to being 8 minutes late. After driving 45 minutes to get there, it is unacceptable. We can not predict when there will be an accident on the freeway, like today, that caused us to be a little late. Normally any office you go to, they at least give you a 10-15 minute window frame for emergencies. Not this place. Really disappointed.

Excellent first visit! We are Banfield clients from San Diego who just moved to the valley. The staff was pleasant and provided great service. The doctor took his time with us and explained how our two fur babies are. The service at this location is as excellent as it can be. I would refer Banfield each time Im questioned where to find a great vet!!!
