There was a time when I had faith in these people but now I see they are no different than any other vet that you dont know personally. Meaning they dont care about you or your dog. In my case I had trusted these guys for a decade with my German Shepherd. I8 months ago circumstances mandated that I rescued my sons dog also. Im away on business for an extended period of time and my son let me know the dog is not acting right. She wouldnt get up to see him when he visits. I asked that she be looked at by "this guy" because I trusted him. Basically I paid $45 for this guy to tell me the dog has yellow fur and doesnt speak English... Yes thank you doctor... Very observant... I really just wanted the dog looked at and some blood work done on her. I admit that I didnt go to veterinary school but isnt that like the first step? Nobody expected the dog to draw a picture with a three page double spaced explanation of "where it hurts"... I just thought that after trusting this clown for 10 years with my family pets that maybe hed do a better exam than "gee the dog doesnt speak English and shes not very well socialized". Thanks again doctor... Shes a Chow and as I mentioned... Shes a rescue... Sorry I guess I thought you were a Vet and used to being around that and could be less stupid and more understanding about it. Not that it should matter to you but she was abused at some point in her life and she was scared when she saw you. A professional would have known what to do. Thanks for nothing and take me off of your mailing list. Go play hero/cop and leave the veterinary work to the pros. Update: This "Doctor" sent me an email stating " how dare I trash his business in such a cowardly way"... Apparently sharing my personal experience on a public forum AFTER talking to the doctor directly over the phone is cowardice. Unless you have a positive review... Then of course its not cowardly. He doesnt want the community that uses his services to know the truth. Theres no cowardice in this. He knew exactly the dog that was referred to and he knew exactly who he had spoken to on the phone. ME! My picture is on my profile... I actually spoke to him directly and thats when I realized I was going to get nothing but smug sarcasm from him. This is simply my opinion and experience with this man and hell never be given another opportunity to receive my business. What he posts on here and what he sends in an email are two very different things. I will post his actual email on my YouTube channel along with my complete correspondence both in email and recorded telephone conversation. Something the doctor doesnt know is that all of my phone calls are recorded via tapeacall ap. I use it in business but its going to come in handy here. Instead of calling his dissatisfied customers cowards, maybe he should have asked me what would it take to make this right in my opinion and we could have gone from there. Theres the difference between a professional and an amateur. Buyer beware!

R.I.P Izzy Marie We will always love you! I took my 7 month old puppy to these so called professionals because she looked like she got poisoned. They kept her and gave her the medication she needed. I called and was informed that she was doing just fine and I could come and get her that afternoon. So I got her after I got off of work. Not even 2 hours after getting from this clinic, Our beloved pet was presenting the same symptoms. We started to take her to the a clinic that was open all night. Sadly on our drive there she died in my arms. We had suffered a tramatic lose. When went to the clinic the next morning to see if they would refund us the money or pay to get her cremated but no. We talked to the vet and he said things like this happen all the time. My husband asked him why they didnt keep her all night to make sure all the poison was out of her. He said she looked fine and didnt need anymore medicine. But looking back at it now he would have given her another dose. To me that shows arrogance and neglict towards both the owners and there beloved pets. This clinic is only in it to get your money. They dont show any quality of care towards you or your beloved pet. I WILL NEVER EVER take my pets nor recommend this clinic to ANYONE! To anyone who thinks this is all unreal fine. I am just informing you of my familys only experience with this clinic. But, please look around to other clinic before trusting these professionals with their lives. Thanks for reading.

I took my sons cat last week to this clinic, our cat was very sick on his death bed I ran in there crying, my 8 year old was devastated for his tinker . we asked the front end elderly lady if she could please help us I was willing to pay whatever it took . we stood there for 5 min while she talked on the phone she finally hung up, I begged please help our baby... She said we our full today there was not one person in the lobby. When I mentioned it to her she claimed the doctor stepped out for a hour.. If your that busy why is he not in the office helping ppl ? She was snotty and rude to us.. I almost took it personal or racial becuz a sweet couple came in after us , a elderly couple and wanted there dog to be seen and she jumped on the computer to look for a opening I was devastated , I put my son and his best friend tinker in the car and walked back in there and asked her how she could sleep at night ??? I will never forgive this clinic for there evilness, I jumped on the freeway took him to the emergency clinic in meridian and oh my god when we got there tinker passed away

These guys are friendly and really do care about animals. The vet who took our Boots in looked happy to see her, and on the care recommendation papers (she was spayed) they even put a little comment saying she was a wonderful little lady and they would love to have her again. I found that very sweet. It was a small incision to remove her reproductive organs, which I like, Ive had vets before do a big ol incision, and having a small one is just better in my opinion. Less heal time, and probably less painful. I like that they also give you papers on how to properly care for an animal who has just been spayed or neutered, my mom already knew she would have problems regulating her temperature and all that, but a lot of people do not know that, so again, I really like that they give you that information. They are also participating in the SNIP program, which again, I find that fantastic. With the SNIP coupon it was approximately 20 dollars and she also had her rabies vaccine which was 33 dollars. I would absolutely go to them again!

Have been taking my cats here for years I had some issues back in 2013 getting to appointments. But havent had issues since. Today after making an appointment I was called and told they couldnt see me because of no show appointments which I have no memory of happening. I have had to cancel last minute but never no show. Also the "note" has no record of the dates of these supposed no shows only the month and year they happened during. It has also been years since any of these happened. Refusing ... sorry not refusing I can still be seen but i have to go in and wait to see if no one else shows this is inappropriate. Especially when you dont give reminder calls or warnings that someone has had "to many no shows". These no shows were years apart as well. One in 2013 one in 2015 and I called (yes last min) for all canceled appointment. One more tid bit my memory of 2015 is hazy but if I remember correctly, the appointment I did go to back in 2015 was after the supposed no show of which I called and canceled. Shame on you.
