Pros: Location, cleanliness, boarding, doggy daycare Cons: Receptionists Came here about a week ago and was so thrilled with how beautiful this place is. I also like the location because Im only 8 minutes or so from there. I normally drive about 30 minutes to my regular vet so I was happy that this was another option. I was not greeted when I came through the door, not once. They had easily 6 women up front which is a bit much. My first impression is ZERO organization. Not trying to sound like a jerk but these girls are young and you can tell they have little experience with how to manage the front office of a clinic. Only one was friendly, the rest just stood there. Wish I could get a job where they just paid me to "hang out". I wanted to get prices on vaccines and was interested in bringing my cat in because she has a small lump near her left ear. The girl looked confused and unsure of what prices to give. Not good. I asked if I could see the facility since I was interested in possibly boarding my 2 cats and 1 dog. A male came up front to give me a tour and he was nice. I saw two other ladies mopping and really doing a great job with maintaining the place. Its obvious who works hard here and who doesnt. Those two ladies were very professional and friendly. I loved the facility and the fact that they have a private yard is awesome. Sadly, because of my first impression with the office staff, I wont be coming here. Id rather drive the 30 minutes where I have super friendly service and where they actually seem happy to get my business.

We brought our little guy in because he was feeling lethargic. The online appointment app got us set up quickly on a weekend and was so easy to use. When we got there, we were greeted by name and the doctor saw us quickly. Dr. Allan was incredible! She took time to examine and explain what could be happening. A quick xray showed no blockage, medicine was administered and we were sent home with additional meds. Very reasonably priced. A follow up call the next day was a pleasant surprise. I have since brought in another one of my pups for vaccine and 2 others for nail clipping. The staff is wonderful. You can see that they all adore animals. We also met with Denise (the groomer) and will be setting up appointments. And the boarding! A human on premise 24/7. My only complaint is that there are only 5 stars for a review. I would give them 5 more!! I look forward to our one stop for all of our pets needs!!

Im so happy I swithched to Inspirada Animal hospital. I recently moved to Henderson and had tried a different vet in the area. I was not happy with the service I had received there, there was no follow-up and I felt that the other vet was not listening to my needs. So I was super excited to find a vet that was even closer to where I live, and who has a wonderful veterinarian, Dr Evans. He is extremely professional, has great Sound Advice, and has gotten my dog on a good treatment plan. Since she was diagnosed with a chronic condition that is incurable, unfortunately her situation will not be getting better. However I really appreciated dr. Evans kind approach. He was very comforting. In addition his support staff is amazing. The girls at the front desk are so nice and efficient, and he has great groomers there as well. I highly recommend inspirada Animal Hospital to anyone who has a fur baby.

Inspirada Animal Hospital has a wonderful boarding facility. The staff is kind and caring and truly efficient; they oversee the facility and keep the area clean and the pets happy. We will give you some examples of our special-need dogs. We have a pet that had separation-anxiety - he now walks into Inspirada Animal Hospital as if it is his second home. Our other pet had knee surgery which required an inserting of a titanium plate, we requested that she should be monitored during "play" time - again, no problem - she came home in great shape. The pets are bathed before they come home, and the beds that we furnish are always returned in perfect shape. The facility and staff are truly outstanding, and we can assure you that this is the only place that we will leave our babes.

The doctors here are wonderful! Ive never had a problem with waiting or issues with staff. The only thing negative that I can say about Inspirada Animal Hospital is that they claim to have doctors on call 24 hours for emergency care; however, in the middle of the night one night back about 2 months ago, My puppy got bit by a spider and I needed emergency vet care. I called IAH and they told me that they were full and sent me to a different veterinarian way down on Eastern and Wigwam without even consulting with the doctor first. Of course, at the time, this upset me greatly. Thankfully it was not a life-threatening bite or I wouldve had a much bigger issue with this animal hospital. Dr. Evans is super nice and will absolutely help you with all your pets needs!

The staff and facility are awesome! I came in the other day to get my dog a nail trim and my dog was taken back instantly. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The front office was very informational and really friendly. The receptionist was asking how my day was going and that lead us on a slew of other pleasant conversations. All of which made the 10 minutes wait time fly by. A male doctor came out into the lobby and was very personable and friendly and he too, asked how my day was going. The service and professionalism provided was great and efficient. Even though the service I requested was small, I cannot say enough good things about this place!

I came in to get a tour of the new facility a few weeks after they opened since Ive been waiting for the hospital to open for months. I was blown away at how beautiful the facility was. The front staff was super friendly and was eager to help me. I only had to wait a minute or 2 before one of the staff members from the back came up and gave me the tour. The boarding runs are awesome. Very roomy, and I love that they have an agility course for more active dogs. The hospital smelled amazing. You could smell the cleanliness through out the hospital. It is very obvious that they take good care of the facility. So glad they are finally open!

Medium sized dog taken here after a groomer thought there may be gunk in ears she could not get to. They cleaned ears. Did microscopic analysis of gunk . Found nothing. Charged 96.00. People that praise this place obviously like to piss money away. So sad to steal money this way. Yes. Robbery. Just moved here. Expensive lesson learned. Talked with another vet and was told the same thing would have been considered an exam and cost 45-50. They lost alot of business as we have 4 dogs and 4 cats among us. Stay clear unless you are stupid about what things should cost. We are done with this place

We took a tour through the Inspirada Animal Hospital, in hopes of finding a better place to board our dogs and also find better vets. Bingo! What we found was a clean facility that DIDN"T stink, like most Animal Hospitals, large boarding areas with cameras, a very competent, well trained and loving staff AND, last but not least, knowledgeable, kind vets. We, HAVE boarded our 2 dogs, watched them on the Web Cams and they came home happy. There is someone on the premises 24-7. After over 30 years of boarding, this is hands down the best facility ever!
