Original review: I live in Bullhead City, and the low cost here makes it worth the drive. HOWEVER, yesterday I had a horrible experience. Took my dog in a for a checkup, nail trim and vaccine. They told me in the exam that she had an ear infection and that they were going to take her back and put some medication in her ear to take care of the infection. They went on and on about the medication and that I cant give her a bath for several weeks, etc. They took her back and brought her back out to me in the waiting room. I paid and put her in the car and brought her home. I looked in her ear to see what they did, and they didnt do ANYTHING! All they did was trim her nails and give the vaccine. I called and confirmed that they failed to do this treatment that they specifically told me was going to happen. Now I have to drive her all the way back there - a 40 minute drive each way, and put her through the stress of going BACK to the vet because the staff there is incompetent. I am tempted to ask to go to the "back" with her to watch them do whatever treatment just to make sure they actually do it. On top of that, they are still going to charge me for this medication even though they messed up this badly. I am beyond upset. Im mad at myself too for not making sure it was done before I left. I called around to other vets to find out the price just because I didnt want to go back to this vet, but I would be paying twice as much to go somewhere else. So I am going back next week for the sake of my wallet and my dog, but I am very unhappy. ALWAYS make sure this vet actually does what they say they will do. UPDATE: Feather, the office manager, called and offered to give my dog her ear treatment at no cost to make up for their mistake. I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4 stars since they are acknowledging their mistake.

I was very disappointed with this clinic but there was a misunderstanding. I didnt know they accepted walk ins. I wrote a bad review. LET ME CORRECT MYSELF. I rescued two very sick kittens. The cost was above what i could afford. Dr Williams examined the kittens one I was able to get better with her antibiotics the little girl only had one eye she didnt get well with using several different antibiotics. I no longer could afford test to find out why she wasnt getting well so I relinquished the female kitten to Dr Williams. She would not put her down but out of her own kind heart will test and do what she can for this little baby. I know she is in good hands. Dr Williams has the lowest cost clinic and the most loving heart . She really cares about your pets. This clinic is so busy because of it so be patient , the wait is worth it ,if your a walk in.

Affordable. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Not only with my dog, but in helping me with the person who HIT MY CAR in the parking lot while I was signing in my dog to be seen. The vet was really great, she explained everything in great detail and gave me several treatment options to chose from. VERY affordable options! Unlike my other vet that I had been going to for 15 years. I will certainly return for all my animals needs. Her compassion, knowledge and certainly affordability has won us over!

The staff here is amazing. Not only can you take your pet to them and it not break your bank, they clearly love taking care of animals. They care. You can tell. I recently took my small dog in because he was bit by a rattlesnake. They saved his precious little life and it didnt cost $1,000s!! No other place could have saved my baby for such a reasonable cost. I cant thank them enough. And obviously recommend them highly!!! Thank you, all of you, for taking care of my precious babies. ♡

Brought my Grandsons dog Sparky in as he was in pain and needed to be seen and was told I had to make an appointment and it would be a week. I said that Sparky could not wait he needed attention now. This was Mon early am and the girl who talked with me had 0 understanding and 0 compassion!!! I will pay more and get compassion and good service from Cerbat animal Hospital. Poor Sparky had to be put a sleep. I will never recommend that clinic or go there again.

They saved my puppy who had fallen sick to Parvo. I was not sure if she was going to make it but they were awesome. My puppy stayed three days and two nights to get her treatment. I am glad they are in our area! Thank you so much! My little girl is doing wonderful and happy again!

i bring my puppies to the low cost clinces its affordale and the staff are very patent, i only wish they would come more often to bullhead city my husband and i are senoires and if it werent for low cost we wouldnt be able to affored shots for our babies.

Dr. Ciccone is amazing. Takes time with you & really seems to care about your pet. The staff is just as amazing. Very friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. We are so glad we took our baby to them.
