Most reviews Ive read focus on the office environment--which is great--and the first cleaning exam. We interacted with Dr. Schwartz after just having moved back from a stint overseas. We had discovered our daughter developed some significant dental issues during those years abroad, to the point where we met with a number of dentists to figure out her treatment plan. All of the dentists we met with came highly recommended. They were big, well-known practices with friendly staff, but we felt most confident in the plan Dr. Schwartz prescribed. We felt like he truly took the time to tailor the plan to what was best for our daughter and to what we were hoping to accomplish. We felt like he was actually more advanced and up to date in using the newest and most effective treatments for his patients (yes, even more so than the bigger practices). Also, he always made himself available to us to talk through our options over phone or in person. You rarely find that with a doctor or dentist these days! Weve officially finished the major treatment phase and are very pleased with the results. Also of note, our daughter still very much enjoys going to the dentist. Thank you, Dr. Schwartz and team!

My wife and children love this provider. Dr. Schwartz and his staff are nice and provide good service. However, Im currently in a billing dispute where they have refused to take my secondary insurance information on two occasions so that claims could be sent. The conflict is still in the midst of resolution. I will update this as information becomes available and will adjust the review based on their compliance with their obligation to submit claim to my secondary insurance who is in network with the facility and physician. ****UPDATE**** Im happy to say that Dr. Schwartz and his staff acted swiftly to resolve this issue after being asked by the secondary to submit a claim. The staff advised that they were under the impression that state plans could not be billed as secondary and that they would work to resolve the issue. Later I was advised that the balance was adjusted to assure the issue is entirely behind us. Im relieved to say that this is resolved, since Dr. Schwartz is a great provider and our kids would have been sad to have to change doctors. Its nice to know that we see a provider who provides both excellent patient care and customer service. Thank you Schwartz Dentistry!

Before bringing my son to Dr. Schwartz, he had INCREDIBLE dentist office anxiety. His very first visit (at another practice) was so traumatic that he literally climbed on top of my head to get away from the scary dentists. Dr. Scwartz has turned all of that around, and I was truly worried because by the time I found this place, my son needed to have an extraction and 2 crowns! My son actually likes coming here and he likes Dr. Schwartz a lot. He is so very kind, gentle, and patient with my son. My son really trusts him. He also really loves the marble runs. He may not enjoy getting his teeth cleaned very much, but he lets it get down without protest, which is a huge change from the screaming, crying, and begging from before. The staff is very friendly and they have their stuff together. Billing has never been an issue. Cant recommend this office enough!

We chose to take our 18 mo daughter to Dr. Schwartz after our neighbors recommended him almost unanimously and have to say that were really happy with our choice! He sat with us on the waiting room to go over our paperwork and get to know us a little bit and our daughter before going to the exam room. He is great with kids and my toddler, while scared at first, allowed him to continue checking her and showing us how to brush her teeth properly. He explained things in a way that parents can understand; things that are easy enough to remember and put in practice. A week after our visit, we received a handwritten note from him which is so rare to find these days with dental offices franchises and big clinics where the patient is not able to build rapport with his/her doctor. Looking forward to her first cleaning in 6 months!

We had tried a different dental office when my daughter was 2 1/2 and it was very big with many kids there. I wanted to try something "smaller" or more intimate to see how my girls would do since this could be an anxious experience for my youngest being her first time. My now 3 year old was very anxious at that first office. It was incredible!!! WOW. The dentist talked to them at their level and made them both feel comfortable. It was like meeting the baby whisperer. Then he brushed their teeth in a way where they could have fallen asleep. I am not joking. I had my mom there for back up in case things were to get crazy and she had nothing to do. I am so happy I decided to try this office. We are going to stick with this dentist forever.

Dr. Schwartz privately met with me and my daughter before her very first dental appointment. He introduced himself as Dr. Aaron and spent about ten minutes talking with me and my two year old, just making her comfortable. Then he escorted us back to an exam chair. He took the time to explain what he was doing as my daughter was a bit unsure of things. She did get a little upset once, but left the office happy. A little over a week later I received a hand-addressed envelope and hand-written letter from Dr. Aaron personally. Ive never gotten anything like that myself and was quite impressed. We will definitely be back for continuance of care and I will absolutely recommend his office to others.

We love Dr. Aaron! For our first visit with our 14 month old, Dr. Aaron greeted us in the (fun) waiting room immediately welcoming us to the practice. He led us back to the exam room, explained what we were there for while letting our son explore the office. There were only a few tears but Dr. Aaron was so calm, caring, and took his time. He taught us how to properly brush our sons teeth and sent us on our way with a new toothbrush that is used in our daily routine. Now I can proudly say our son LOVES brushing his teeth. Thank you, Dr. Aaron and your staff for a great first appointment!

My poor son has been poked and prodded for the last 2-3 weeks due to various doctors appointments. When I told him he had a dental appointment he began to cry stating he did not want to go. I just knew for sure that I was going to have to restrain him for this appointment, however Dr. Aaron made him feel so comfortable that he was able to relax and actually enjoy his appointment! My son is not an easy kid to appease, so the fact that he was able to do so was really great and a relief for me! I would highly recommend this office to family and friends! :)

Dr. Schwartz came out to personally meet us in the waiting room for our first visit. He went over each child, my concerns and their needs. He was patient with all my three little ones, handled the very well and answered every question I had. He found a small cavity in one of my little ones and told me exactly how to care for it and next steps. He recommended a toothpaste with the ingredients I was comfortable with... I was really at ease that we were in good hands. The set up and staff were very kid friendly.
