Down to the person, everyone in their offices is very friendly and professional and they go out of their way to make you feel very comfortable. Appointments start right on time, the check out process is very efficient and their prices are better than my prior dentist. Recently I lost a front tooth and had an important appointment the next day. I left a message on their emergency number at 3 PM on a Sunday and I had two doctors call me back within minutes. Dr. Tran agreed to come in at 6:15 the next morning and had me on my way with a temporary within an hour (I wasnt in any pain, but I got the impression if I had been, someone could have met me in the office within an hour or two). Today I have a new tooth that looks exactly like the surrounding teeth (repairing it could not have been easy either - there was almost nothing left of the original tooth). I HIGHLY suggest West Chester Family Dentistry, Dr. Tran and his entire staff. My thanks to all of you!

Dr. Tran and his staff are the best in the business. I have been to dentists all over the country and none of them even come close to West Chester Family Dentistry. I originally came in to have cavities filled, however Dr. Tran and Nina explained that dental care has to be done in certain phases to ensure that the patient is being treated properly and to resolve any issues. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to dentists, but not here. Dr. Tran is compassionate and I appreciate the extra time he spends with his patients to ease their mind and educate them on their mouths. I am so thankful a friend recommended I go here!!

Excellence is too low of a rating for Dr. Phuoc Tran and his West Chester Family Dentistry Staff! Every single person in Dr. Trans office is professional, positive, likeable, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. Im constantly amazed how professionalism is exhibited throughout every facet in Dr. Trans business. I loved the salt water aquarium which is probably the largest in Butler County, the latest in technology, and the offering of tours, beverages, food, and information to everyone entering the office. This is definitely the best dentist and dental office in the Tri-State Area! Oh yeah, free Wi-Fi!!

I came in here to get a simple teeth cleaning and to get a chipped tooth fixed. I ended up leaving being scheduled for 4 appointments and over $3,000 worth of dental work despite having no cavities and not even get my teeth cleaned or my chipped tooth looked at. Seems like a major cash grab to me.

I had an emergency the day before my vacation. Late Friday afternoon I called the office and Dr. Trans office phone was routed to his personal phone. He met me the next day on Saturday at 7 AM and took care of business. Amazing!!
