Office is busy and the staff are nice. However, the services I requested somehow were not properly conveyed. Considerations were not given to fulfill my request, so I left. There are many other dentists in the area so no point in feeling badly over a mistake. Based on other reviews, Im sure they do a very good job, but I can not recommend based on simple scheduling blunders. Parking can also be a challenge during peak times.

Dr Mays and her staff are true professionals in every sense of the word. They insured my comfort levels were met as a new patient and I will definitely return to this office as long as I live in Cincinnati.
