Phone system is bad, was transferred several times, no answer or I literally sat there for 43 minutes with the extension they transferred me too just ringing and ringing. I waited because my husband needed his supplies. Veterans deserve better treatment than the way they are treated through these VA systems, this is horrible. Harlingen VA you need to take pride in your work and tend to these Veterans as if these were your family members.

The worst phone system! I got transferred 3 different times! And I only needed to make an appt, to then be transferred to the pharmacy. And the pharmacy dept tells me to call back because they cannot make an appt! This is a VA hospital and should be waaay more friendlier!
