Stay away from this place!!!!! Dr. Bedi and his staff fraudulently misled and deceived me regarding dental procedures that were performed on December 12, 2014. I was told, prior to and including the morning of the procedure, that the office staff was in direct contact with my dental insurer and a pre-determination for this procedure was filed and accepted. His staff claimed to be on the phone with my dental insurer the morning of the procedure and told me that my portion of Out of Pocket would be 20% and 80% would be covered by the insurance. This was a lie. No pre-determination was ever filed. His staff asked for $1000 up front and assured me I would receive 80% of that back once the claim was processed. This was a lie. The claim was not filed until months later (when I got suspicious) and then it was largely denied. I have paid $1000 under a false pretense and Dr. Bedi has refused to refund any portion of my money. Stay away from this place!!!!!

I don’t normally write reviews. However, I am obliged to Dr. Bedi. I had a problem with my upper left teeth over 1-1/2 years and had seen two dentists during this period. No doctors could identify the problem until I visited Dr. Bedi in August 2016. He identified the problem, showed me why and explained it to me, and performed an oral surgery to correct it. As a result, my teeth and gums function properly now and my long sufferings with this upper tooth problem went away. Dr. Bedi, Rachelle (manager), and Glenny on the front desk are such a kind and perfect team. They are my life savers! If anyone is looking for an experienced, professional, caring dentist---one who studies the latest medical diagnostics and techniques, and strives to find the exact cause of an underlying problem, look no further. Thank you so much Dr. Bedi, Rachelle, and Glenny!

I hadnt been to the dentist in years, but when I started experiencing pain in my front tooth I knew it was time. I wanted a dentist with good reviews who could see me fairly quickly, so thats how I found my way to Dr. Bedi. Im so glad I did! My tooth trouble was worse than I thought, but he was able to take care of me with compassion, humor, and expertise. He took the time to explain to me in depth every single procedure that needed to be done. Ive never had a dentist spend so much time discussing things with me, and Ive never felt so comfortable in a dentists office before. Rachelle and the rest of the team are great and so friendly, they really make me feel like family. Anchor Dental has given me the push to get my smile healthy again, and I wont go to any other dentist as long as theyre around. Highly recommend.

I am so thankful that I found Anchor Dental on my computer. Everybody there is very caring. They took my blood pressure before any work was done. It was extremely high, so they recommended that I go to the emergency room where they kept me overnight to get my blood pressure under control. If Dr. Bedi, Rachael and the staff hadnt taken my blood pressure I may not be here to write this review. I think that Blood Pressure monitoring is very important and every dentist should perform this task before working on any patient. Once the medication Im now on has a chance to work then Dr. Bedi will be able to perform the extensive work that needs to be done. Thanks everybody. You are the Greatest. AL Pallotta

I have always had bad luck finding a decent dentist who was compassionate enough to acknowledge my fear of the dentist. Dr. Bedi was wonderful with me, and patient, it was truly an amazing experience, one I am not used to. Dr. Bedi was able to meet all my needs and made me feel comfortable. He made sure I understood the procedure I was getting (root canal) and answered all my questions. The staff was extra courteous and took care of all the billing for me without question. I am a single parent and could only do a payment plan, which they set up for me and I make easy monthly payments over the phone. I felt that it was an over all amazing experience and I would recommend them

Two years ago my wife and I moved from Washington State to Florida. I looked for a dentist in the area and my search got me to Dr. Bedi. my wife was looking for a dentist with lots of experience specially in dental implants because of her case. We have been patients of Dr Bedi since then and he has taken care of all our dental needs any where from routine dental cleaning to complicated dental surgery. Hes office is very well equipped and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Dr. Bedis knowledge my wife will not lose her dental implant; and for that we are very thankful. Outstanding experience. Today was third visit. There was wait two visits, and some wait our second visit - it was quite busy that day. Dr. Bedi really involves and educates the patients. He gives very detailed explanations of the problem. For example, using x-ray or scanning machine results in addition to explaining the issues. He also offers options, when available. In our case, he offered options A, B, and C. He showed the costs of each option so we could make a medically and financially informed choice. The staff were all friendly, understanding and helpful. This is important when you bring a child. I am most impressed and would highly recommend to all.

I went to Anchor Dental to get scan to find out that I broke my jaw. I was told not to worry about payment and to rush to the ER. 10 months after I revived an invoice with interest charges. I called to figure out what happened and offered to pay if the interest charges were removed. After fighting for a month with Rachelle she sent me the corrected invoice. She then harassed me about payment almost every other day, telling me I had to pay in full. Within a few weeks I received a call from collection. I was happy with the service but the management is very poor and unorganized. They have officially lost my business.

I just moved from Massachusetts 4 months ago and am deathly afraid of the dentist. I was having a hard time trying to find a new dentist. I found this place on google and it had all great reviews. As soon as I called, the receptionist made me feel very welcome. She took me in very last minute due to it being an emergency and she said they will not leave until their patients are taken care of. That right there told me something. She was great, and so was the dentist. They made my anxiety go down by a long shot and took awesome care of me. I will definitely be going back and recommend anyone else to as well!

Thank you to Anchor Dental and its wonderful staff. The process of getting my wisdom teeth taken out was not an easy job, but Elizabeth, Rachel, and Dr .Bedi, treated me with such care and gentleness that I couldnt feel a thing. My recovery was fast and I was even able to play sports soon after. I appreciate that Dr. Bedi called me personally to see how I was recovering. I highly recommend Anchor Dental!
