I just called in today to schedule an appt. for my kids and I couldnt believe how unprofessional the staff was. I was told that if she was going to make the appt. I would have to pay $30 each for my kids due to previous appt. missed I was like what?!?! because I keep my kids appts. and if I cant make it I always call in advance. But regardless I said ok no worries Ill pay cause its for my kids in case I have missed an appt. Then when shes giving me the appt. she decides to tell me if I dont make it to this appt. because Ive missed several and stating dates I was like really?!?!? I just ended the rudeness and told her that I would pay and she still had to bring it to that... When I asked to speak to her supervisor she tells me they are not their and told me to talk to Noelia I believe her name was... So I tell Noelia if thats her name what I felt about how that was handled and told her I didnt care if she was doing her job that I understood but to keep on about me having to pay or being dropped was out of line. My kids like to go there I dont have to go there I choose to go and thats what I told the lady so when I said when will the supervisor be there she said August 10th like it was a bothered. To the supervisor. My kids have been going to your facility for some years and I was even happy to bring my baby when the time came but how this was handled was not cool Ive always referred so much family and friends there and now I regret that. :( Now what I feel like having to do is going somewhere welcomed.

I was referred here by my dentist office for my 6 year old daughter. They did not offer laughing gas, and she needs a couple of cavities filled. She got her X-rays and exams done less than a month ago. They want to do their own exam, which will cost me $50, since my own insurance will not cover it again for another 8 months. Okay, a little annoying to just waste $50 just not a big deal. The only think I asked was that I fax over my X-rays or give them the physical copies that I had instead of making her go through another x-ray. (Yes, there IS significant radiation, especially to the thyroid area during dental x-rays.) I told her I would still pay $50, just didnt want to make her go through that again. They said they do not accept ANY OTHER X-rays. Last time I checked an x-ray is an x-ray, 2nd opinions will look at another image from a different doctor. This is ludicrous, and shows lack of GENUINE care for my daughter as a person, not just a patient. Overall a rude office, I wouldnt recommend.

When speaking to the receptionist I was told that I had to wait "hours" but they couldnt tell me how many, or I could come back in 2 months. Then I was threatened by a random woman in the waiting room who decided to get involved in our conversation. She began asking me if i wanted to "take this outside" (while holding her newborn baby) and then she started making RACIST comments towards me. Because I defended myself against the woman, I was thrown out and told I could not make an appointment. Meanwhile the woman who threatened me remained inside. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had in a "professional" establishment. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Was going there for about 2 years and never had a problem until las week then they refused to let me stay in the room while my 3 and 4 year old had their cleaning. Since I would not leave the room they would not do their cleanings. Yes, I did sign the form that says they can ask me to leave if my kids were uncontrollable but they were not even crying. Very unacceptable. I ask myself why they were so adamant on seeing my children alone. What were they wanting to do that they did not want me to see. Parents, please never leave your young children alone at any office. It is our job as parents to protect our children!

Awful experience. Never again .Very unprofessional! Made an appointment at 5 &530 from my kids. Called @4 to comfirm and the receponist yes be here at 5pm because the office closes at 5pm. Arrive to the office 10 min til and its 7 orher kids waiting ahead of me. I go to the desk twice because i see other kids going ahead than she tells me were almost next. Now Its already 5:50 and the lady tells me my appointment was for 6:00 and itll be a little while longer,do it want to reschedule. I said No! Im called at 4pm, U tell me to come at 5pm and I LIVE AN HOUR AWAY!!!!Im so mad and frustrated! Never again!!!!

I took my daughter here and was VERY impressed with everything. I called on a Monday and they had us an appointment for a new patient by that Thursday. Everyone was very friendly, and my 3 year old was totally at ease. I couldnt believe how well she behaved. They allowed both myself and my husband to go back with her- which many other offices told me was not allowed. All of the staff was super nice, and you could tell they knew how to handle kids in a way that was fun and reassuring. We live near Plant City and this office is totally worth the drive for us. I highly reccomend this practice!

So they call me on 8/25 to reschedule my kids app. I say yes but i had an emergency surgery on 8/27 mind you it was a sunday so my mom call them in on monday to let them know we couldnt make it. They were really rude didnt want to schedule another apoitment and they try to charge us 30 for each kids. They answer was well i dont care if u can not make it i still have to pay my staff! So u need to pay those 30 for missing . Is not about the money is about how rude they are.

Its a nice place but to me it seem like they didnt want to take there time when caring for my babies teeth, hurting them at times when they complain it hurts, etc. Also, they spoke a lot of Spanish, which its fine but in the work place English should be the only language spoken since other people may think your talking about them and so forth. Anyway, I took my babies out and transfer them to another dentist which they love very much.

Overall, the first visit with my son was great for him. It was for his first check-up. He was made to feel calm, and relaxed. Got his exam and cleaning with no issues. However, he had a regular 6 month check-up scheduled for sometime in Jan/Feb and although I didnt remember it, the office did not send out a reminder, as most medical places do, for that appointment. That left me looking for a new pediatric dental office.

This is the worst dentist office that I ever been to. Waiting room is small and crowded. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. The dental assistants have no patience whatsoever with small kids. I will never come back to this place with my daughter ever again! I hope parents stop bringing their kids here and this doctors go out of business! They do not deserve to get any of our hard earn money!!!
