Scheduled for 1:40 still here at 5 and was only scheduled for 3 cleanings, found more things wrong within the three cleanings and would think they would get right on it and not stray the attention and keep stopping and starting the steps to get everything done until they were finished with at least one of us right? Nope only got done with one of us so far and just administered a numbing shot for the youngest kid about 20 minutes ago, and you would think they would use some common sense to get the child done first not the adult because again common sense would tell you the kid would have less patience waiting than the parent, also somehow this place has good reviews for kids, but one of the assistants seemed completely rude and inexperienced with getting an x-ray done and talking down to the oldest child. Also instead of having multiple people available to work on the patients that come in theres only one person here actually working on the patients while the "assistants" sit with their thumbs up their asses. Then after that they finally pull the teeth that need to be pulled all while the numbing hasnt fully set in. Id put zero stars if I could but it literally seemed like they were prolonging everything so they could get paid more. Honestly never coming here again and deeply advise you not to either.

Everything is overpriced! I asked how much an implant cost, and they gave me a price for the "implant" only, they did not tell me about needing something called an abutment & they did not mention anything about a crown, which are both needed to complete the new implant!! I think this is a sneaky practice. I came out of there with this huge estimate of over $5,000! Are they crazy? They offered no type of discount, or plan for me. I also dont like how the one hygienist, name Marebella treated my child. She did not clean his teeth properly, as I was in the room, and she tried to come off as she was confident. She obviously has a lack of knowledge about being a hygienist. Some of the receptionists are very disorganized, too. I have waited there for a couple of other appointments for over an hour. The waiting room gets very crowded, they also leave the tv channel on whatever they want, shows that are offensive to children. One of the dentists does not explain anything thoroughly, Dr Rico. I was told that this was supposed to be a reasonably priced place for people in my situation, who are low income. We cant afford this place! The office manager Dawn is rude and quick to get rid of me, when I had serious concerns with my bill in the past!

Ive been with these people for 5 years and DEFINITELY not by choice. They seemed nice at first and put my braces on. Care got worse and worse as years went by, especially by the orthodontist Dr.Baumgart (might not be spelled correctly). DO NOT LET HIM DO YOUR CHILDS BRACES. He became very nasty with me over the years, blaming me for not using retainers that he never gave me. (I told him he did not give me the retainer while he was examining my mouth, and he said he did so o rolled my eyes because I was younger. He purposefully jerked my head when i did that) They had go put the braces back on because of their mistake, charging us the full price once more. Both times my braces were taken off, they left Ortho cement on my teeth (which collects plaque and decays teeth.) They blatantly ignored cavities I had a few months before getting my braces off because they did not want to take the brackets off to fix them. By time I got them off, they were terribly advanced. I can not speak enough about how terrible this place has been to my family and I. They only want money and care about nothing else. I went to A Caring Dental go to fix what Bright Now! ruined. Go there instead.

After waiting 30 minutes to have my 12 year old seen. The hygienist or assistant called my sons name. She looked me up and down and asked if I had any questions for the dentist and told me I could have a seat in the waiting room. I said no way was I leaving my son She said there wouldnt be room and I should sit in the waiting room with my other kids 5 and 1.5). I told her that wasnt happening. She continued to look at me shocked and disgust but said ok. Come on. The continuef attitude she gave me was unbelievable. I literally didnt know what to do. I certainly didnt want a person like this working on my son...shes crazy to expect me to leave him with her. Im sorry some of us dont have babysitters to leave our other kids with. My kids are well behaved and the two children that went back minutes before had 2 adults each with them....hmmmm guess they do have room. No more bright now dentist for us. Not family friendly at all! We left that day. If youre rude and dont care you arent touching my kid.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE> All they want is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, Nothing to do with dental care. I was getting xrays then my daughter was examined, She received xrays. exam, and a cleaning before I was done with x rays. I never got to talk to her dentist or see her x rays. only the billing girl. Who said my 7 year old needs 5,000.00 of work. When I called back to speak to the dentist. I was refused and told to come in an speak to the dentist. I dont think my daughter ever saw a dentist only received x rays and never got a cleaning. I asked what the protocol was when a child sees the dentist. I was told it depends how special your child is. I said my child is special?????? Do not go here.

The staff are very friendly and excellent! The only problem is the wait time to be seen. I have been coming to this dentist for a few years now and have never waited for less than a half hour AFTER my scheduled appointment time. My most recent dentist appointment was this last Wednesday and my scheduled appointment was for 9:40- I didnt end up getting called back until 10:25. Other than the long wait times, I dont have anything bad to say about this dentist office. Orthodontist appointments are completely different and for the most part you get seen right around the time of your scheduled appointment! Dr. B, Lisa, and the rest of the orthodontic staff are amazing!

Wow!!! Where do I even start? Customer service and craftsmanship is taken very serious here! From the moment I was greeted by Melanie til Dr. Dohar completed my four crowns- I felt valued! Not just as a customer, but a person! They never made me feel like a patient, they made me feel like family! I have been to 5 different dentists in my 38 years, but this place takes the cake! Even the girls at the front desk make you feel so comfortable! If youre looking for the best dental office in the Parma area, look no further!

This was my first time at the office. My 2 children and I were very pleased. Bright now have the nicest most welcoming staff I have ever experienced in any dental or doctor office both my kids needed fillings and I didnt even have to stay in the room. The service offered, the detailed explanations and great smiles made all of us very comfortable. We had the opportunity to meet Melanie, Stacy, Kiara, and Stephanie along with Dr. Dohar, all of them VERY NICE this is where my family will come every time.
