Please do not waste your time with this poor excuse of a dentist/ dental office. Ive gone there for many years. I had braces, and standard time to revisit is every 6 weeks, I was lucky if they got me in every 3 months. They were inexcusably rude when i asked questions and never really provided answers. I was told I have many cavities, but as soon as I walked into a different dentistry they told me i was completely fine. After I got my braces off, the assistant shaved my tooth, and it looks completely unnatural and as if she had no training. When I was 15, they had dug to deep in my tooth, causing high irritation, so I had to get a root canal, and they made me pay for it. I DO NOT GO TO DR JAFFE.

I have recommended B.R. Jaffe & Associates to almost everyone I know. They were so nice, and really made me feel better about being there. I had a horrendous time at a previous dentist the first time I came here, and everyone knew how to make me comfortable. They joked with me, made me laugh. They even have a tv above your chair so you can watch tv if youd like to help relax, or for entertainment instead of just sitting there staring at the wall. They were very gentle, and made absolute sure I was not uncomfortable during the procedure. All around the service was great, and I would recommend anyone go there.

Worst dentist Ever!!!!!!! Made an appt. so he could look at me wisdom teeth so i could get a reference to get them pulled. I was in much pain from them and never heard from him/dental assistant. Called to see what was taken so long and they never even set it up! I needed my xrays to take with me and they wanted to charge me $40 for them. So went to another place and re-toke my xrays and within weeks i had all four pulled! And Now I am a dental assistant who would NEVER recommended anyone or there pet to this place.

Most horrible dentist office, very unprofessional. They told me I needed an appointment with the orthodontist to discuss finances, the day of my appointment the lady tells me the doctor isnt there and that I dont need an appointment to discuss finances, she told me her manager will call and let me know what I needed to know, its been one month and I am still waiting for that phone call. Unprofessional. Poor office.
