When I first got my implant part in, the doctor had to remove it and put in a different size because he drilled The whole too big. Other than that I had a great experience there until I came in to choose the color of my crown. I chose a color only a shade or two lighter than my teeth were. I started whitening my teeth so that there wasnt a drastic difference between the crown and my other teeth. When I went back a few weeks later to get my crown put in, the Crown was paper white. I could hold up a piece of paper and it matched the paper. All my other teeth look so yellow and dingy now because this is definitely not the color I picked when I came in to choose. I called to let them know that after showing it to multiple people they all told me that the color was definitely off. Not a slight little bit off but a huge drastic amount. Tge receptionist that I talked to was not very helpful at all. Talking to other people about what Im saying in a rude voice when I could still hear her, because I wasnt put on hold. I was offered to be able to come back and have them remove the crown and give me one that better matches my other teeth. I thought that I would be offered a teeth whitening either through a gift card for a different place or some cash back on the crown that I paid for. I wasnt. When I asked if that was possible instead of them having to spend almost $1000 on a new crown they told me they dont do that there and they wouldnt help me with a teeth whitening. Im very disappointed. After the long process and money spent I thought at least they could help pay for part of a teeth whitening.

when i went to set an appointment, I asked the receptionist if they accepted my insurance. I was told to come on in and speak with the dentist ...they can make arrangements that the visit was no cost as well as an x-ray. An hour before my aapt. I called and again asked if my insurance was accepted. Was told that they could give me a form and I could submit that to my insurer for payment. I showed for the appt. had an x-ray taken and waited for the dentist. Right away, the dentist started showing me the cost of the various denture packages available. At that point I asked if he would accept my insurance. He said no, that only dentists that work with my insurer would be compensated. What a joke and waste of my time and gas. If they purposely misled me, and they did, I can only guess at the problems I would have down the line with them ! Do yourself a favor, find another dentist. But thats just me....

Im so thankful that I found Affordable Dentures & Implants. Everyone there is so awesome, they are very pleasant and take their time with you and makes sure you feel at home. Dr. Brian Reddit, is wonderful, he explains everything he is going to do and lets you know what to expect. Affordable Dentures and Implants in Brookpark, Ohio is the best place to get your dental implants and dentures. They really do make them affordable. Dr Brian Reditt and his staff are extremely friendly and very experienced. They treat you like a person and not a dollar sign. Ive had a wonderful experience. They are the best!!!! Everytime I have called they were able to get me either that day or the very next one... all the ladies there are excellent, very friendly and professional!!! The denist was great!!! I was very nervous at first but they helped make me comfortable through the whole experience!!! I Would be a billboard advertisement for Affordable Dentures!!! I got my dentures yesterday. My appt was at nine i got in quick they took xrays an a fitting i came bk at noon to make sure they fit came back at three to pk up my teeth n they are perfect. Everybdy says how nice they look n they feel so so good. When i save up some more money im getting my done at the bottom to. And everybody was so nice. Thank you so much

I personally think there should be 2 doctors on duty at the same time. I realize that this may not be in your plans but for saving time and wear & tear on clients , Im very satisfied with my new uppers after adjustments, and the price was better than anywhere else. I àlso need a partial & I may go back for that when I can afford it.

Only been a couple days but I feel good, didnt realize Id have so many stitches makes it hard to wear dentures but Im sure theyll be fine,The staff were very nice and knowledgeable and I was very relaxed which was a good thing . Everything was good the staff was friendly the doctor was rite to the point on telling me what I needed to do but the only thing I didnt like was the hour wait my appt was at 9:30 and didnt get in the back to almost 11:00 thats not cool
