I decided to visit as a new patient after getting new insurance with work. It is a lovely office and friendly staff, but unfortunately that is where my good experience came to an abrupt halt. I went in for a routine first visit. No existing pain and no problems I knew of, but had been a while since a cleaning - - the usual. I needed a few x-rays and a cleaning. My appointment was at 9am, and I was there until a little past 12 noon. It seemed excessive, but I brushed it off. I was told to come back in 2 months for another cleaning, a check on my gums, and that I had 4 cavities that needed to be fixed, plus some old work I had done on a front tooth was ready to be replaced again. I went back in two months (it was now September 2016) - and the cleaning went fine. Even though I still did not have any tooth pain, I decided it was probably best to try and take care of these "cavities" and scheduled an appointment to have the ones on my left side done. When I went back to have the left side done, they offered to do all the cavities at once to avoid having to come back again for a fourth appointment. The idea sounded appealing, so I agreed and had all the work done. * WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE THUS FAR * While they were giving me shots to numb my mouth, an assistant came in and started speaking to the dentist about something. The dentist stopped - with the needle stuck in gums - to speak to her. It was quite uncomfortable of a situation... Then, during a shot in another location, anesthetic started dripping out of the needle and down in to my throat. Not a few drops, quite a lot! I began gagging and asked them to stop. Ive never had this happen before, and got no explanation. But they did decide to stop trying to give me shots at that point. During the fillings, the dentist and her assistant began having a nice little chat about the dentists son. He had apparently just had a science project due and she was asking how it went **WHILE THEY HAVE THEIR HANDS IN MY MOUTH FILLING MY DRILLED TEETH** Turns out her son did well, if you were wondering. Also her daughter was performing at a big event with one of the presidential nominees that day and they were just so excited about it. I could definitely tell, as I was totally eavesdropping on their conversation over my open mouth..... When they were done, they sent me on my way without handing me a mirror - Even though I had work done on my front upper tooth. You know, the one in the dead center when you smile. I got home and realized the front tooth looked terrible. It looked like someone had ran a Dremel across the front of the tooth, but missed a few spots. Very spotty and bumpy. I also came to find I could not floss between two of my bottom molars. It seemed they had crammed some resin in the gap between my teeth. Needless to say, I had to call and make another appointment. They redid my front tooth completely (which took another hour), and drilled through the gap in my bottom tooth to fix it. Thank goodness. But it doesnt end there. About a week later I began experiencing pain when I flossed between two of my upper molars. I shrugged it off as they had told me I may be sensitive for a few weeks after the fillings, and I did not have pain on any regular basis. After another week, I was experiencing pain, only when chewing, and some sensitivity in the tooth. I had to make ANOTHER appointment to diagnose this mystery pain. During the diagnostic appointment, they could not tell me what was wrong. The x-rays looked fine. Maybe it was my bite (which I assured them felt fine). They sanded down the filling anyway insisting it just had to be my bite. I WAS BACK ONE WEEK LATER TO HAVE THE FILLING REDONE. During which they were happy to tell me I "may need a root canal on the tooth." Right. It has almost been another week since my third follow up, and I do not think anything has improved with the mystery pain in the upper tooth. I can not even begin to express the doubt I have in this dentistry. I regret ever allowing them to touch my teeth. Find a different dentist.

This is a nice facility and the staff are super nice here. It had been about 16 years since Id been to the dentist, and honestly I did not want to go because as a kid I was always prone to cavities. Knowing this, walking in I anticipated a realm of work having to be done. Additionally I still had a couple of baby teeth that needed to either be pulled or capped. My first visit was to have a cleaning and evaluation of my mouth. The cleaning went well, and as I anticipated a bunch of work needed to be done. My main concern was with the front of my mouth because I had a baby tooth next to one of my front teeth that the filing had come out a few years ago. The baby tooth was hollow and starting to decay which was really the main reason for going in. The dentist suggested we pull it and put a bridge in. Although that sounds easy it was an endeavor to go through. That day I decided to proceed with the work since they had a cancellation. The dentist and assistance were great with the procedure. The temporary they put it was decent enough. To expect it to be perfect was not being realistic. It taken about a month or so until the area where the baby tooth was pulled to heal, and have the permanent bridge put in. In the meantime they suggested capping the two other teeth so that the front 5 teeth all matched. Made sense to me but with that I had to rearrange my budget. I think it would have been ideal for that to be discussed initially when the baby tooth was removed. Nonetheless the permanent bridge and two other caps were put in about 10 days ago and I must say they look and feel great! My smile is a lot more confident now! My hope and prayer is that these last a VERY LONG TIME!

I initially went here for a 60 $ new patient special. They were very good about getting me in but that was about the only good they did. Upon arrival they had about 5 receptionisnts, which made me think about why on earth an office would need so many ladies working up front at once. I waited for about 30-40 minutes and I saw Judy. She constantly kept mispronouncing my name and that was a turn off. (The second time I visited she did it on purpose because "I wanted to see you get upset hahaha") She also kept saying things like "dental care is super important" , "make sure you visit regularly and dont go so long without seeing a dentist next time". As a child my family could not afford dental insurance, now as an adult I am taking care of my teeth. Clearly I know that dental care is important. My ultimate problem was that I was in need of 2 root canals. They refered me to an edodontist, he was no better. I called 4 times, left messages and on the 5th time I finally got a response. After having a bad experience with this office and their "refered endodontist" I went to someone else for a second opinion. I asked for DCofDav to send me my xrays which was painful as well. They didnt even send me all the images. Ultimately I got 2 cleanings and Xrays done here and I refuse to go again. They seem to only care about getting your money, as I ultimately found an AMAZING endodontist who did my procedure much more affordably. Judys overall demeanor was terrible, and not to mention she was chewing gum while doing my cleaning. I wish anyone who goes here the best.
