With an extreme fear of going to the dentist based off of a lifetime of terrible experiences, I was treated with an extremely high level of professionalism, patience and understanding. My phobia and past was taken under high consideration, and was treated tenderly during a grueling extraction of two teeth. Several personal accommodations were made to treat the needs of my unexpected pain in a timely manner as well as, follow-up care. Throughout the extractions, I was calmly talked to and regularly checked up on by the dentist every few minutes throughout an extensive and complicated extraction of a molar and angled wisdom tooth. During the procedure I felt as if I had complete control over what was going on as I was updated on each step of the process. After the timely procedure concluded, I was debriefed on follow-up care and never experienced any pain or dry sockets. The area has now healed better than I have ever expected. A great overall experience.

It was a great experience considering I had an extraction. From the receptionist to the dental assistant Omar all were very kind and caring. Dr. Fajardo was amazing. She spent time explaining everything and showed she really cared. She was gentle & patience with the extraction. The prices were reasonable considering I had no dental coverage. I will make this my new dentist office. Very grateful & thankful Ive found a blessed dental office that really cares❤

I spent 2 hours in the dental chair waiting for a cleaning. I made my appointment a month out yet when I arrived they had not gotten my records from my previous dentist. It was more like a used car buying experience than a dental visit. Rather than waiting on the records to see what you need they would try to pressure you and rush you into getting repeat services that you already had to rack up charges. STAY AWAY!!!

Good
